nothing controversial, just posting my sort of weekend 'pilgrimage' holiday in geneva this weekend.
- went to visit the reformation museum, and up the tower for a picturesque view.
- some photos on the reformation wall
- 'cowboy' face-off chess games the size of toddlers. kid vs the old guy game sorrounded by observing veterans was particularly interesting.
- and a picture in a lonely cemetery paid respect to the big guy .. (no tour package will have this itinerary, you have to walk and make an egg hunt. but i mark the spot where it is located).
- would like to attend service in the church where the reformers in geneva preached this sunday, unfortunately in french so i'll skip it.
- fireworks evey 2nd week of august (tonight!), lake geneva festival. if u like plan to visit, make it in august. lots of activities in the harbor;
