Why do you believe in the trinity when God and his word is simple

Let me assure you, if this subject was important to God the bible would plainly state Christ is the one true God, but it does not. Not only would it state it, it would keep repeating it very plainly.
What is of the utmost importance is understanding the gospel message Christ died to usher in, for Tha is much plainly written about.

Our Lord is referred to in John 1:1-17 as the Logos. Can you guess from which word we get "logic"?

Christ had the fullness of deity dwelling in him but as we see in 2peter 1:4 so do we.

Sharing a divine nature is not the same as Full Deity.
