Friend's Dog... It's A Sad Day.

Fellow Prayer Warriors,

In December, you prayed for my friend and her dog, M.T., because he has thyroid cancer. Well, he lived another two months, but I just got word she and her husband are putting him to sleep tonight.

I'm an animal lover and have dogs, and had many dogs growing up, so I know how difficult it is to lose a four-legged family member.

So please pray for their comfort during this difficult time.

Sometimes I wonder if our pets are angels in disguise...

Yes, our Father cares about everything that concerns us, and He knows the pain that comes with losing our pet friends. Perhaps, when we do lose them, it's because we will miss the uncondtional love, the instant forgiveness, and happiness our pet friends bring us. They become like members of our family.
Oh Father, thank You for the time You have given this family to spend with their dog. It takes unconditional love and sacrifice to give their fur friend up, so he won't have to suffer anymore. Thank You LORD for giving this family the strength and the courage to release this animal and to do what is seemingly right for this animal. Comfort them in their time of need, In Jesus Name, Amen
