Blessed be our God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, peace be with you.

I thought I would post another post.

I was looking at Jesus Christ and the children the LORD hath given him in Isaiah 8:18 some time back trying to dissect it some to show between Jesus and them according to the verse (and various scriptures which speak in accord) so thats what I am trying to do.

These were for signs and wonders in Israel

Isaiah 8:18 (( Behold )) I and the children whom the LORD (( hath given )) me
are for signs and for wonders (( in )) Israel from the LORD of hosts,
which dwelleth
(( in )) mount Zion.

John 6:65 And he said, (( Therefore )) said I unto you,
that no man (( can come )) unto me,
except it were
(( given )) unto him of my Father.

Predestined unto "the adoption of children" by Christ (unto the Father)

Ephesians 1:5 Having predestinated us
unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself,
according to the good pleasure of his will,

"I and the children"

Ephesians 2:10 For we are his workmanship,
created in Christ Jesus unto good works,
which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.

John 14:12 Verily, verily, I say unto you,
He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also
;
and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father.

Again

Behold, I and the children whom the LORD hath given me
are for signs and for wonders in Israel

The "Behold, I" of Isaiah 8:18 is Jesus Christ
Who is for
what He is also shown approved of God by (which is even by miracles wonders and signs) as shown here

Act 2:22 Ye men of Israel, hear these words; Jesus of Nazareth, a man approved of God among you by miracles and wonders and signs, which God did by him in the midst of you, as ye yourselves also know:

As He (and they) were for signs and wonders in Israel,

Jesus also said

John 10:37 If I do not the works of my Father, believe me not. (Luke 7:22 also)

Who also said,

John 14:12 Verily, verily, I say unto you,
He that believeth on me,
and greater works than these shall he do;
because I go unto my Father.

The children of Isaiah 8:18 and the signs spoken of there as here

And we see...

Mark 16:20 And they went forth, and preached every where, (Galatians 1:16 and Galatians 2:8) the Lord working with them, and confirming the word with signs following.

Amongst the apostles Paul said likewise,

2 Corinthians 12:12 Truly the signs of an apostle were wrought among you in all patience, in signs, and wonders, and mighty deeds. ( even as Christ Jesus is called an Apostle also in Hebrews 3:1)

And following the same course as shown in the Lord

Act 10:38 How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him. (Acts 2:22)

As with Christ, even in Paul (as with Peter) being anointed with the Holy Ghost

2 Cr 1:21-22 Now he which stablisheth us with you in Christ, and hath anointed us, is God; Who hath also sealed us, and given the earnest of the Spirit in our hearts.

Having been anointed with the Holy Ghost and power we see in them which are sent

Act 19:11 And God wrought special miracles by the hands of Paul:

Act 19:12 So that from his body were brought unto the sick handkerchiefs or aprons, and the diseases departed from them, and the evil spirits went out of them. (Mark 16:20 & 2 Corinthians 12:12) repeating to show the consitency between these.

Whereas again, Jesus had said,

John 10:37 If I do not the works of my Father, believe me not.

And yet again he said

John 10:38 But if I do, though ye believe not me, believe the works: that ye may know, and believe, that the Father is in me, and I in him.

Christ in them
also (Galatians 1:16 & Galatians 2:8)

John 17:23 I in them, and thou in me, that they may be made perfect in one; and that the world may know that thou hast sent me, and hast loved them, as thou hast loved me.

Even as Christ was set for a sign to be spoken against also

Luke 2:34 And Simeon blessed them, and said unto Mary his mother, Behold, this child is set for the fall and rising again of many in Israel; and for a sign which shall be spoken against;

He was going to be spoken against in those who preached Him (Acts 13:35)

Acts 28:22 But we desire to hear of thee what thou thinkest: for as concerning this sect, we know that every where it is spoken against. (1 Peter 4:14)

Hebrews speaks of holy brethren being partakers of heavenly calling, and goes into considering the Apostle and high Priest of our profession, Christ Jesus

Hebrews 3:1 Wherefore, holy brethren, partakers of the heavenly calling, consider the Apostle and High Priest of our profession, Christ Jesus;

Approved of God among them by miracles and wonders and signs (Acts 2:22, who confirmed them which followed after with the same in Mark 16:20)

Paul himself called to be an apostle and likewise says,

2 Corinthians 12:12 Truly the signs of an apostle were wrought among you in all patience, in signs, and wonders, and mighty deeds.

And Paul also prays for them as it pertains to this calling

2 Thessalonians 1:11 Wherefore also we pray always for you, that our God would count you worthy of this calling, and fulfil all the good pleasure of his goodness, and the work of faith with power:

2 Thessalonians 1:12 That the name of our Lord Jesus Christ may be glorified in you, and ye in him, according to the grace of our God and the Lord Jesus Christ.

Even as Jesus prays for them (which were given him) and in whom he is glorified

John 17:9 I pray for them: I pray not for the world, but for them which thou hast given me; for they are thine.

John 17:10 And all mine are thine, and thine are mine; and I am glorified in them.

Then cut in the following (children given) him as Christ says, "all thine are mine" (even as he is given "to them" Isaiah 55:4 & Acts 2:36) showing the same between the verses following in Israel Acts 2:22, Acts 3:12, Acts 3:24-26, Acts 7:37

Isaiah 8:18 Behold I and the children whom the LORD hath given me
are for signs and for wonders in Israel from the LORD of hosts,
which dwelleth in mount Zion.

And as the Father sent Christ (approved of God among them) even by miracles signs, and wonders (for which Christ is for) and them also, and through Him follows the same course, sending them

John 17:18 As thou hast sent me into the world, even so have I also sent them into the world.

And the Lord works with them (shown as children) shows he confirms the word through them with signs

Mark 16:20 And they went forth, and preached every where, (Galatians 1:16 and Galatians 2:8) the Lord working with them, and confirming the word with signs following.

Shown in Peter

Acts 3:12... Ye men of Israel, why marvel ye at this? or why look ye so earnestly on us, as though by our own power or holiness we had made this man to walk? (Luke 24:49)

Just as with Paul an apostle not of men Galatians 1:1 where he says to them, truly the signs of an apostle were wrought among them in all the same 2 Corinthians 12:12

Acts 2:36 Therefore let all the house of Israel know assuredly, that God hath made that same Jesus, whom ye have crucified, both Lord and Christ.

The date of the last edit shows where I stopped editing, I took a little out and tweeked it a little more. That will have to be good enough for now,

Our God and Father richly bless you in Christ Jesus the Lord

The God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ be blessed for ever, peace be unto you. The Lord bless you.

I had been meaning to get to that last post for quite awhile, so glad I retweeked it some, that could still use some more. Some other time.

There was another post talking about Genesis which I thought looked interesting until poster seemed to want to linger more around the material earth interpretations (which I personally dont find interesting) so I decided against it. And just took up one part of what I was looking at to post it here.

Looking at one thing in particular, at the light in Genesis 1:3 (which is before the two great lights God made) to show Christ in the same (according to how its used elsewhere) and not everywhere just a couple of places.

The order,

Genesis 1:1 In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.

Genesis 1:2 And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep.

And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.

Genesis 1:3 And God said, Let there be light:

and there was light.

Which is not the light of the sun and moon (as they be understood to be the two great lights) since these come in Genesis 1:16 . But even still, the invisible things of Him from these things can be seen being understood by the things that are made (even his eternal power and Godhead) Romans 1:20 And these are the things that are fun to look at too. Sometimes I get brain freeze doing it, and need to step back and somehow doing that helps to make it clearer.

So again, we see darkness was upon the face of the deep

Genesis 1:3 And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.

And Jesus even saying,

John 12:46 I am come a light into the world,

that whosoever believeth on me should not abide in darkness.

John said of Christ,

John 1:9 That was the true Light, which lighteth every man that cometh into the world.

Paul uses the same picture in Genesis to expound in accord with Johns words,

2 Corinthians 4:6 For God, who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.

Jesus was the one who said, "Ye are a city' also, and God commanding the light (even the same which lighteth every man) as it pertains to Jesus Christ is again shown here similarly

Revelation 21:23 And the city had no need of the sun, neither of the moon, to shine in it: for the glory of God did lighten it, and the Lamb is the light thereof

The light there (in respects to that city) is the Lamb (as we know Jesus Christ is the Lamb of God) and in the case of this city it is shown needing neither the sun or the moon (or as needing the two great lights God made there after) to shine "in it". Similarly in 2 Corinthians 4:6 shows what light (in both) and where that light shines (which is in their hearts). In Genesis God brings forth a light that is before these other two. Jesus refers to himself as coming into the world a light, and John speaks of Christ as the true light, which is the light that lighteth every man (even as people are shown as those sitting in darkness) and by Him does their light comes. Paul also uses the same picture as it relates to Jesus Christ (and their own selves) in that light (given he is that light that lighteth every man) as as Paul put it God commanding the light to shine out of the darkness, which pertained to the light of knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Christ (in their hearts). And Jesus also said, Ye are the light of the world, even "a city" and similarly Revelation shows a city and the light that shines "in it" (as being the Lamb). For it says "the glory of God did lighten it, and the Lamb is the light thereof". The city has no need of the other two lights to shine (in it).

And Paul tells us what can be clearly seen and understood by the things that are made in Romans.

Romans 1:20 For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:

There are some cool things in Genesis though.

Welp, its 2:30 AM and I am actually tired, cant keep my eyes open here, I believe that is my pillows calling my name, so I'm off to lay my head on them.

Good night to you, and God richly bless you in Christ Jesus the Lord

I really like this "River flows in you" piece

And you know, I really like Lindsey Sterling too so I have to post her version on the violin here, this builds nice

But I am torn because I really really like this one on the piano and cello too

And so its like the same piece done two ways but they dont sound that much alike to feel as if you heard the same thing twice. I have a third one (of the same) but I wont post that one LOL

I like this too (different piece)

Last night I got on an instrumental music kick looking more for what I could listen and study to and I figured I would post these.

Our God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ be most blessed. Peace to you.

Well, I was going through some old mail and had to go back like 5 years deleting and permanently deleting stuff and as I was, I thought, wait you dummy to see what they are and whether you saved them (because I am bad at that, and sort of disorganized) and the only one I ran a search for this bunch of verses which I found I did not save So... I ended up deleted hundreds of others without ever having saved them, but they were from some years back and no biggy really as I would just save straight verses and then post out of those, but I wont do that. I actually didnt know which route to take with these (see below) because I apparently worked off of "well doing, or do well" and whatever come that sprang off of those somehow.

And I like this piano piece, its older (I know) but I still like it sorta meshes in with the others on a continuous play deal.

So just some verses and nothing else

2 Thes 3:13
But ye, brethren, be not weary in well doing.

Gal 6:9
And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap,
if we faint not.

Rev 2:3
And hast borne, and hast patience, and for my name's sake hast laboured,
and hast not fainted.

Romans 2:7
To them who by patient continuance in well doing seek for glory and honour and immortality, eternal life:

James 2:8
If ye fulfil the royal law according to the scripture, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself, ye do well:

Gen 4:7
If thou doest well, shalt thou not be accepted? and if thou doest not well, sin lieth at the door. And unto thee shall be his desire, and thou shalt rule over him.

2Cr 5:9
Wherefore we labour, that, whether present or absent, we may be accepted of him.

1John 3:7 Little children, let no man deceive you: he that doeth righteousness is righteous, even as he is righteous.

1John 3:10
In this the children of God are manifest, and the children of the devil:
whosoever doeth not righteousness is not of God, neither he that loveth not his brother.

1John 3:12
Not as Cain, who was of that wicked one, and slew his brother. And wherefore slew he him? Because his own works were evil, and his brother's righteous.

Gen 4:9...
Am I my brother's keeper?

John 13:5
By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples,
if ye have love one to another.

Acts 10:35
But in every nation he that feareth him, and worketh righteousness,
is accepted with him.

Romans 2:11
For there is no respect of persons with God. (Leviticus 19:15, which is also in the same context shown in James 2:1)

1Peter 1:17
And if ye call on the Father, who without respect of persons judgeth according to every man's work, pass the time of your sojourning here in fear:

Col 3:23
And whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men;

Col 3:24
Knowing that of the Lord ye shall receive the reward of the inheritance:
for ye serve the Lord Christ.

Col 3:25 But he that doeth wrong shall receive for the wrong which he hath done:
and there is no respect of persons.

James 2:1
My brethren, have not the faith of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Lord of glory,
with respect of persons. (Leviticus 19:15, which is also in this same context in James)

Following through along the same course of thought in Leviticus 19:15
(Rich and poor)

Prov 31:9
Open thy mouth, judge righteously, and plead the cause of the poor and needy.

Shown in James (opening his mouth) saying..

James 2:6
But ye have despised the poor.

James 2:2
For if there come unto your assembly a man with a gold ring, in goodly apparel, and there come in also a poor man in vile raiment;

James 2:3
And ye have respect to him that weareth the gay clothing, and say unto him,
Sit thou here in a good place; and say to the poor, Stand thou there, or sit here under my footstool:

James 2:4
Are ye not then partial in yourselves, and are become judges of evil thoughts?

And so again (in that doing)

James 2:6
But ye have despised the poor.

And again,

Do not rich men oppress you, and draw you before the judgment seats?

James 2:1
My brethren, have not the faith of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Lord of glory, with respect of persons.

James 2:8
If ye fulfil the royal law according to the scripture, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself, ye do well:

James 2:9
But if ye have respect to persons, ye commit sin, and are convinced of the law as transgressors.

Romans 2:11
For there is no respect of persons with God.

Even in these just the same.

Job 32:21
Let me not, I pray you, accept any man's person, neither let me give flattering titles unto man.

Galatians 2:6
But of these who seemed to be somewhat, (whatsoever they were, it maketh no matter to me: God accepteth no man's person) for they who seemed to be somewhat in conference added nothing to me:

Job 13:10
He will surely reprove you, if ye do secretly accept persons.

Jesus speaks of him which seemeth to have something and in Galatians 2:6 Paul spake of them, who seemed "to be somewhat" (followed up by his own affirmation that God accepteth no man's person) which is again followed up with his deeds in the same thing in Galatians 2:11 where it says, But when Peter was come to Antioch, I withstood him to the face, because he was to be blamed.

Job 13:10
Speaks of secretly accepting persons in things and I was sorta of looking at this through the lense of Paul's words here

Phil 4:9
Those things, which ye have both learned, and received, and heard, and seen in me, do: and the God of peace shall be with you.

So what he learned, recieved, heard, and seen in him (those do) or follow them as they might follow Christ in their examples (marking those) who do so (See Philippians 3:17 & 1 Thessalonians 1:6 & 1 Thessalonians 2:13) in that particular sense of beholding these things in Paul (word and deed 1 Timothy 4:16 )

James 1:23
For if any be a hearer of the word, and not a doer, he is like unto a man beholding his natural face in a glass. For he beholdeth himself, and goeth his way, and straightway forgetteth what manner of man he was (1 Timothy 1:13 just come to my mind)

From Galations downward I just added in, I think I have a better respect of persons post somewheres, I will look.

Thats bout it

Our God richly bless you in Christ Jesus the Lord
