Good luck with that. You were so abusive that she lost custody of her child and that did not wake you up enough to change? If we had children together, I'd have tossed my husband out on his ear as he was a verbally and emotional abuser, an alcoholic and an addict. Instead, I gave him enough rope to hang himself and had him arrested for domestic violence among other charges. He woke up in a jail cell with no recollection of what he'd done. We were separated for a good little while there. He now knows he is on permanent second chance status and will be shown the door if he chooses to act a fool again.
So...IF you hope to win her back it is going to take time and lots of it. You will have to prove to her long term that you are willing to love, honor and cherish her. In the mean time find a celebrate recovery group and a church that is doing thw authentic manhood study

I agree, you made some big mistakes and you need to make good with her. Of course, I would love for God to restore your marriage. But not to sound harsh but people on the internet praying is just one aspect of this. The major part is that you need to, as Pony indicated, "man up"
