It was 3 am this morning when I woke up. I tried to go back to sleep till 4 but I'm feeling so crappy that I got up.

The birds are singing and the light has gone on outside, soon the sun will come up. It is wind still. I love the Dawn, both physically and spiritually the Dawn is beautiful. Even feeling crappy as I do I still appreciate seeing a new day arrive.

I said a prayer for us all down here. That good life may rule over bad life in the hearts of us all - that the truth of His love may be Victorious, rather than the misery of the lies.

After several days of mild-to-moderate depression, I'm actually feeling quite chipper and optimistic upon waking up this morning. Might as well savor it while I can before the cycle begins anew.

Absolutely. When something better comes along, why not accept it? It's easy to dismiss it, I did it a lot, probably still do sometimes. Good thing that you're feeling better!

Really feeling down about myself. I had another fight with my mom. I feel like I'm annoying my boyfriend even though I know I'm not. Everything just sucks.

Nah, not of the week. This is a daily thing in Chicago, New York and whatnot. We just hear about select shootings so long as it fits in certain narratives and it can be spun politically.

I'm okay, I think.

Doc wants to up the dosage, says I'm rapid in my mood changes and he's worried that my recent behaviors will turn destructive and has reinforced the whole, "You need food and sleep to survive". I've been playing Tales of Zestiria a lot. Outside of some glaring flaws, I really like it.

Today doing laundry and catching up since I been having mega headaches all week and just feeling bah! My Rx is nice but when its bad takes 5hrs to help me and get some relief. Will need to either find a new Dr or wait till I can see the one I have and talk to her first we'll see. Not much happening just chilling when I can... Blessings!

I slept 2 1/2 hours yesterday and about 4 hours last night, I really hope this is not going the wrong way. My mind is so clear even though I'm tired. No hallucinations or psychosis, no manic behaviour either, no exuberant joy or anything like that. A little down even.

My wife bought me a mobile smart phone for 30 bucks and discontinued our land line. It had 7 gb of download on it - which I could share with my laptop, so I downloaded 2 games for the kids - for I don't intend to use the internet much on my phone, indeed I don't intent to use my phone much and got the cheapest phone out. A Lumia 532. Its got good range, which is rare for a cheap phone, especially where we are, and seems to have a lot of things on it. I can text to my family now.

I worked in a bookstore for two years, and strangely enough it had the opposite effect on myself (and about half of my co-workers) in the sense that I rarely had the desire to pick up a novel in my spare time when my daily work completely revolved around books. Then again, I had some co-workers whose work only fueled their voracious reading appetites even more, so maybe I'm just lazy.
