Today 1 December is the first anniversary of the passing of my GodPapa's father

With the saints give rest, O Christ, to the soul of Thy servant Myron, where sickness and sorrow are no more, neither sighing, but life everlasting.

And tomorrow is the First Anniversary of the repose of the mother of a former pupil of mine . She and I were very very good friends . She had only been ill for a few days . Her son had to conduct his Mother's Funeral Mass and preach at it in front of his Archbishop and the Archbishop Emeritus and 13 of his brother priests. It was a very very moving service.
