So, what I get from this thread is:
Satanic forces - members unidentified - forced, by methods unidentified, the amalgamation of six Auckland area councils, as part of a wider conspiracy to channel funds via the internet to the World Bank. For reasons unidentified. Possibly due to the Rugby World Cup (which I attended and enjoyed immensely).
In the process, they seem to have added a first class fottball stadium and public gathering area, dramatically expanded the diversity of entertainment and events in the city, as well as smoothing the planning process, becoming more inclusive of recent migrants and improved the decision making feedback process on amenities AND reduced the number of redundant local government bodies.
Whoops. I mean really, its obviously that such heinous activities are a crime against everyone.
All of this is documented in the "vaults" of local libraries, and is part of some grand new world order conspiracy to take away the land of urban area residents, for reasons unknown. And to lock us up.
Oh, and to increase council rates, despite the fact that Auckland area rates fell every years between 2009 and 2013 and were flat in 2014. And are lower than the rest of New Zealand on average...
The evidence for this is that it is "obvious" and the OP used to work for local government, possibly by not definitely, in the Auckland area. Oh, and that Sodom and Gomorrah were cities.
Seems logical to me.
