It's fun. They're getting up at 5am to go tomorrow, but Charlie and I are going to Iowa to be with her family.

Part of the health process is that you get to "water the Garden" more often which cleans you of bad stuff like excessive sugar and other toxins in your body.

lol; that's why I'm bringing booze at his house. He's one of those self righteous types that think drinking alcohol is evil. I'm going to imbibe.
