(Gen 1:26) And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.
(Gen 1:27) So God created man in his
own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.
(Gn 1:28) And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.
(Gen 1:29) And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which
is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which
is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat.
(Gen 1:30) And to every beast of the earth, and to every fowl of the air, and to every thing that creepeth upon the earth, wherein
there is life,
I have given every green herb for meat: and it was so.
(Gen 1:31) And God saw every thing that he had made, and, behold,
it was very good. And the evening and the morning were the sixth day.
6th day--not billions of years later--not one word about anything you say. I got to hand it to you though, you got the most vivid imagination! And nothing does deter you from it, not even the word of God Himself! And you keep quoting scriptures that do not say anything even remotely resembling any of your conjectures. Just give me the verse that states it took Him billions of years, the only thing that He does say is one day--one evening and one morning---how many billions of years did it take for the animals--since that also took billions of years, how long for the vegetation---also billions? Adam lived for billions of years without any animals---
Adam lived for more than 10 Billion years, in man's time, BEFORE the first creature was created from the Water on the 5th Day. Try to keep up with God's math. Adam was made on the 3rd Day. EVERY other creature was created from the water on the 5th Day.
(Gen 2:18) And the LORD God said,
It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him an help meet for him.
(Gen 2:19) And out of the ground the LORD God formed every beast of the field, and every fowl of the air; and brought
them unto Adam to see what he would call them: and whatsoever Adam called every living creature, that
was the name thereof.
(Gen 2:20) And Adam gave names to all cattle, and to the fowl of the air, and to every beast of the field; but for Adam there was not found an help meet for him.
(Gen 2:21) And the LORD God caused a deep sleep to fall upon Adam, and he slept: and he took one of his ribs, and closed up the flesh instead thereof;
(Gen 2:22) And the rib, which the LORD God had taken from man, made he a woman, and brought her unto the man.
(Gen 2:23) And Adam said, This
is now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh: she shall be called Woman, because she was taken out of Man.
You better let God know that He said it wrong--I mean, He says He formed "out of the ground every beast of the field and every fowl of the air"---doesn't say a word about water. And He's doesn't seem to be too bright, either, after all---it took Him billions of years to figure things out--now--verse 18 says it wasn't good for man to be alone and then says He will make a help meet for Him, but the very next verse says that He formed the creatures next and brought them to Adam--were they His help meet?--It's not until after Adam has named all these creatures (which took Him billions of years to get around to making)that God figures out Adam needs a woman and forms her from his rib---talk about solitary confinement! A whole planet and nobody and nothing around for billions of years!! Dang, it's a wonder he didn't go stark raving insane! And then He doesn't even bother to mention these prehistoric peoples at all---not one word about them! You need to rewrite the bible just as He actually did it, not as this silly old bible says--the world needs to know the real truth--write it out, so that we all can see the real order of things, so we all can figure out when physical and spiritual creatures are formed, cause God doesn't bother to mention a word about the spiritual and the physical--He seems to be confused and it sounds like He just formed the physical. Not to mention the fact that He forgot to mention that Adam and Eve were actually one being--Eve being Adam and taken from Adam.
Was she Adam? Of course. since God called
THEIR name Adam (
mankind) in the Day they were created in Christ Spiritually.
Gen 5:2 What is interesting is that all Humans are part of mankind (Adam). Amen? googletag.cmd.push(function() { googletag.display('div-gpt-ad-1431698694306-1'); });
Don't you know the difference between Their kinds and His kinds? Go find a KJV.
Well---I guess not!! So, please fill me in on the real meaning! I usually do read the KJV--but I also like the other versions just to see what they have to say. nI also find the Jewish Mechanical Translation interesting.
