Unsure I belong here

Just writing this in case I am not allowed to post in the married section. If I'm not allowed here, please let me know. I've been married to my husband since 2011, but for a year, we didn't formally live together. This is legal in the Netherlands but well so are a lot of other things not considered right by Christian values. In this sense, I fit the CF description of married as a "legal union between one man and one woman". Anyway, the reason we didn't formally live together and originally weren't intending on doing so was I'm multiply-disabled, including mental illness, autism and blindness, and need lots of professional care. I resided in a mental institution. Well, long story short, though we do now formally live together, I still reside in the institution. We figured out I could get some home help, so I do plan on leaving the institution sometime in 2016 to really go live with my husband. We do need to get lots of help in order so that my husband can continue going to work and I can get the care I need while he's at work. This requires ltos of preparation and also having been in an institution for eight years means I need to get used to living in a home environment again. For now does this mean I'm separated and therefore not allowed in the married section? I'm confused.
