I rejoice with you and hope the pain will be controlled for as long as possible. Is it a painful procedure 7 shots doesn't sound like fun.

and yes I agree this forum is great. We can just be people, in right weo rejoice together, and in wrong we love it away - knowing full well how such goes. Suffering can produce good fruit, this forum is proof of that.

Thank you Jeshu. Well, the procedure is a little painful, however they give you pain meds in iv form so pain is not near what I go through with the back pain. It wasn't so bad. It took about a week for the effects to really start.

God is so good. Jesus is indeed AWESOME.

I wasn't fussing, and all went very well, and the interview took all of 15 minutes but the back lash was harder than I would have thought. Maybe I'm not ready yet? I suppose I have to be open to that possibility.

It kind of woke me up to the reality that I'm safe at home with my loved ones but not save elsewhere. Better be on my guard, so much crappy spirituality attacking right now.

And I'm gnashing my teeth! Tension galore! Not a good sign at all.

That sucks. I have internet problems too. I'm not sure why but sometimes i just cant get online. Sometimes its out for an hour, other times as much as 12 hours. I have had technicians at my house multiple times, but the problem reoccurs like a plague.

To everyone in this thread. If my recent troubles have caused anyone grief, please forgive me. I was having problems outside of this forum and i allowed it to drag me down and i brought it in here with me. Please forgive me. The last thing i want to do is become a burden to anyone by causing them unnecessary grief. We all need to support each other.

I truly feel for you, insomnia is terrible to cope with. I know all about that. Acceptance is the best way to stay calm though, the more it matters the more you suffer your insomnia. Try being as accepting as possible, honestly it really helps to stay in a good mood and often snags a few hours of extra sleep.

P.s. it might take awhile to learn to accept your times with insomnia but it will pay off.

i am so tired and unfocused. i don't want to go to work i'm gonna be late i threw up my lunch i haven't slept in five days i should have called in sick. i'll try to survive until 5 but if i can't, i'm gonna ask to go home.

Starting to some what wind down a bit, spent 2 hrs cleaning my room (not that I'm messy) just needed done. Dishes are in d/w and going and waiting on the men get home, been gone since 1 pm . I saw my Dr yesterday n told her some issues was given pain meds and instructions and cough meds for my allergy cough. Plus a flu shot so I was really run down yesterday and wind up having to cook, lucky SO is cooking tonight yay! We're finally able to get a washer delivered Monday due to our last one is toast. Just ate a snack and burning some sugar/spice incense to help keep me calm. Hope everyone has a great day
