It wasn't without difficulty but we have found
a place to buy...it's in a retirement village, less
than a kilometer from where we currently live.
I didn't qualify but my husband does(he's older) and we got
approved to buy the bungalow the other day!
We can have our cat and the place has good storage and a wired
workshop...and there's a covered deck around back and a little
patio area out from the front door.
We will have central air conditioning also.
They even installed a new garbage disposal... never had one of those!
There's not much to do... the lady who'd lived in it was very easy on
the place...she retained a wonderful housecleaner...you could literally
eat off the floor!
Everything looked new-- she'd lived there since 1991.
I wonder if I can get the phone number of her housecleaner? lol!
This will be my last post until early November.
