I was contacted by a spiritualist church some how they knew i had experiences in the past they wanted to help me develop the skills however Necromancy is clearly forbidden by the bible and the church.

This is because you can quite easily contact evil spirits.

I believe we can contact spirits but if it is forbidden by God then we will not be able to contact a heavenly spirit through necromancy. The only spirits would be perhaps those in purgatory and evil spirits. The only contact we can have with heaven is through God.

In the end we should only seek to be in contact with one spirit.... The Holy Spirit
I have angel cards and have had an angel board what r ur thoughts on those

I don't know if the Church has an official position on this but personally I do not believe in ghosts. When we die we are judged and will be sent wherever God decides so I don't see any place for the existence of ghosts. Whether a Catholic could be a "Ghost" hunter would depend on what they are actually doing. I wouldn't see any harm with setting up a few cameras and see what happens but walking through a house or something with a recorder and asking questions to what you believe is the spirit of a dead person would be forbidden.

Tarot cards were originally just playing cards. The major arcana are sometimes called "trumps" since that's exactly what they were: the first trump cards. Later the normal suits became trump in most games (as happens in bridge and 500) so the dedicated trump cards were superfluous and Tarot cards fell out of favor for playing games. It was only after they fell into disuses that they were co-opted by occultists and fanciful meanings were associated with them.

The analogy I have heard which might help illustrate the situation is to imagine that in 300 years someone discovers cards from the Pokemon trading card game. If Pokemon is no long around, they will seem mystifying and as such they might be explained as bizarre occult cards. But right now there is none of that associated with the cards.

Certainly using Tarot cards for divination is illicit, and many of the decks published now are too full of occult imagery for most people to want to touch them. But I think it gives a bit too much power to the occult practices to pretend that the idea of a Tarot deck as such is anything inherently evil. It actually illustrates the nature of the occult a bit more clearly to realize that they are adding meanings to what were once simply cards in a game, just as augurs will imagine that the future is foretold by the liver of a sheep. There is nothing there to see and it would be rather absurd if the nature of their delusions did not open them up to further misdirection of a demonic nature.

These "things" are made with satanic intentions many if not all are satanically blessed.
Pretty much. Even if they weren't so "blessed" though, they're still not welcome here. I won't have dangerous stuff like that in my house.

Brighten your day... illuminate your day... to bring light to your day.... ANGEL cards that bring LIGHT

what kind of ANGEL ... an ANGEL OF LIGHT

2 cor 11:14

"Satan himself masquerades as an angel of light."

By the way i am not trying to admonish you for this. Its easy to fall victim to these kind of tricks the devil pulls.
Just because the devil can masquerade as an angel of light doesn't mean there are not real angels of light in fact my nonna ( Italian for grandma ) says a prayer to st Michael calling him oh great prince oh mighty angel of light pray for us as it us

These "things" are made with satanic intentions many if not all are satanically blessed.

The problem with them is that they are used for divination and that their creators often have on obsession with the occult. But you can find historical tarot decks and even some which are explicitly designed for playing cards (this would be a good example of what I am talking about), and these I don't see a problem with. Of course, even the historical decks can be used for divination, but so can an ordinary deck of playing cards. And that's not just a random example, I have run into occultists who do use a standard deck of 52 cards + jokers for use in divination.

But because of how the deck has been perverted in recent centuries, I would not recommend looking into even the historical decks to anyone who was not a fan of history, card games, or both. At least 90% of the decks that you will encounter are full of occult imagery or come with "guides" full of satanic nonsense.

Catechism 2116:
All forms of divination are to be rejected: recourse to Satan or demons, conjuring up the dead or other practices falsely supposed to "unveil" the future.48 Consulting horoscopes, astrology, palm reading, interpretation of omens and lots, the phenomena of clairvoyance, and recourse to mediums all conceal a desire for power over time, history, and, in the last analysis, other human beings, as well as a wish to conciliate hidden powers. They contradict the honor, respect, and loving fear that we owe to God alone.

Seems pretty clear to me. You could go "well what if you don't try to 'conjure up' the dead but just see if they're around," but I think that's playing pedantic games and trying to dance around the intent of the Catechism, which shows it pretty clearly out of bounds.

could you link us to the "angel cards"

if they are not used for fortune telling, then I do not think they are bad?

as for can a Catholic be a "ghost hunter"

well you could research haunted locations
record peoples stories
write down local legends

but any kind divination or necromancy would be bad
even trying to talk to ghosts is not advisable
