US airman hailed as French hero has now been stabbed repeatedly on street corner in Sacramento

Is this guy a magnet? What a crazy coincidence. Sounds like he'll be OK. Maybe he needs to stay home more.

My understanding of this incident is he was defending someone from an assault. That video is very disturbing. Reminds me of a pack of wolves trying to assault a stray dog that was let lose in the wild.
He's bouncing and weaving trying to keep his eyes on all those coming against him. And what is very disturbing is no one is there helping him. They're letting him fight outnumbered.

That is so wrong on so many levels. Can't say I'd stand by and let that happen if I were there.

Yeah, something is wrong when warzones are safer than 1st world countries

He's a bonafide hero. A scumbag that would hit a woman can certainly be presumed to assault someone intent on stopping them. But in that video it was him against quite a few men. If one man hit the woman then it plays out as the stereotype typical of cowards that abuse women.
They're happy to assault a woman but when it comes to standing against a man one on one they cower.

God be with this brave soldier. And may God deal with his enemies.

“And the big dude the white guy stood up and kinda got in his face,” he said.

In the ensuing brawl, Stone was outnumbered and stabbed several times, but the airman didn’t cry out in pain or stumble.
