So...to punish America for its policy on Israel...God chose to flood a state that was, most likely, filled with people who would be against said policy.

Either God is an idiot, or Michelle Bachmann is. My money is on the latter.

We need to turn God's wrath to our advantage.

If we send gay people to deserts, or areas that are suffering great droughts, then the punishment rainfall which God provides could be used to irrigate fields and turn things around for communities currently suffering.

I reckon enough gay people would volunteer for this, seeing as they are often big-hearted caring types. But if not then ultimately, we could force them to go, seeing as they are an abomination.

Same sex marriage causes cyclones, not supporting Israel causes floods, and women wearing pants causes earthquakes. Send the wrong type of sinner to the wrong place, you're just going to make things worse. Come on dude, this is basic science here.

I don't very much like the obsession of gentiles with Israel, especially being that by the fundamental, orthodox view, Christianity is New Israel.
Don't know how that changed.

Well actually, I do, and it's a pretty ridiculous step back if you ask me just to feel guilty about persecution of Jews.

I believe that there is an element of guilt about it. The rest is because of the weird eschatological fixation certain Christians have, and the place Israel holds within it.
