First off, if your a soldier wearing helmet a rock is not likely to kill you. And if soldiers aren't sent into Palestinian villages to tear down their houses, etc. people are not likely to throw rocks at them.

And incidentally tearing down houses is a violation of the Geneva Convention and therefore a crime against humanity.

Well, a week and a half ago or so, an Israeli driver died when his car was pelted with rocks. Palestinians throw rocks everywhere. They pelt civilian cars, people praying at the Wall, Temple Mount, etc. It's their national sport.
