Religious Liberty condemned by Obama Administration - when it conflicts with "an imaginary constitution" that speaks about the right to polygamy polyandry, inappropriate behavior with animals same sex marriage etc. In other words "imagining things into the constitution" is of more weight and value - than real life - religious liberty according to the Obama Administration.

The conflict arose when the Supreme Court in June created a right to “same-sex marriage,” overturning the votes of people in a majority of states.

14th Ammendment: adopted on July 9, 1868, as one of the Reconstruction Amendments

Section 1. All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. It could be argued that what transpired in the activist SCOTUS court in June was a step by step process organized very early on by the players involved and at the highest level.
The American Psychiatric Association started the domino fall by claiming, with no new research to support their claim mind you, that contrary to what they'd said in every published DSM for years, now with the new publication, and I can't recall which number that was, SS behavior was no longer going to be deemed a mental illness.

That was the first domino to fall so as to make way for legalization later on. And then SCOTUS violated the 10th amendment in order to vacate the rights of the states, because marriage is not a federal license but the individual state contract, (
Amendment X
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people.)
And decreed that a former mental illness that is a sexual disorientation behavior has the right to be equal with straight citizens contractual marriages.

This is why Liberty Counsel and others say that SCOTUS wrote new law. Because they did. But we should have see this coming when they struck down sodomy laws long years before, and vacated DOMA and its definition of marriage not long before their June decision.

This though sends the message to every dysfunctional coupling. That they have the constitutional right to follow the case law SCOTUS wrote with this decision and demand the right to enter into a state civil union contract too.

And sure enough just about the day after the SCOTUS decision in June, a threesome in Colorado arrived at a clerks office and applied for a marriage license for what would have been the second wife in a currently licensed lawful heterosexual married couples family.
They were refused. For now.

But you know, it is all as God wills. Remember what scripture tells us about what it is that is lord of this earth. Consider that all this that is what some I know call the rebirth of Sodom in the U.S., is allowed by God so that the wheat and the tares shall become apparent. So that the test of righteousness is put forth. Those who align with the world and against God, and we've seen this in the community of Christ itself nation wide, will become an example of all that scripture tells us is true. And that some may not believe until it unfolds as prophesied right before their eyes. The falling away. Of churches and those who claim the name of Christ.
"I never knew you...." I find it fascinating that we are witnessing those to whom that verse and those words when it comes time after this world, apply.

Those who mock the persecution of Christians living in America hope to dismiss the impact of Christianity being impacted more and more by law in America.

Like the Freedom From Religion Foundation, who has one president who was a former pastor, and who want to see Christianity disappear in America. But they use the ruse of separation of church and state as an inroad to accomplish that end.
And you'll notice they rarely assault any other religion. Probably because they don't yet boast an ex-Imam in their ranks.

So to shall you encounter those atheists who imagine because Christians are still alive in America it is proof they are not being oppressed in America.

When we are hanged, imprisoned, beheaded, abroad, when our children are beheaded because they refuse to convert to the other religion such atheists never condemn, those same atheists that mock us in America are rarely seen to say a word about it. But deep down inside you can tell by how they respond to Christians in America, and often when they themselves don't live here, they're laughing at the plight of those Christian dead. Because they hate Christians.

I once heard an atheist laugh when he learned ISIS was killing Christians overseas. I remember standing there on the subway car listening to that buffoon blather on in his Aussie accent, because he'd been earlier speaking of being in the city on vacation, and saying that he didn't get why anyone grieved.

He didn't need to tell anyone he was an atheist.

I think maybe that wasn't his stop but he did get off that train.

Completely agree with that view. The "wheat" and "tares" are in the same field, that is, the Christian church ... the political church not the spiritual Church.
