What is wrong is plucking a verse out of its context to make it say something it doesn't.
The thing is, this is what is done in attempts
to ‘prove’ that God will ultimately fail in His mission
as “Savior of the world”. Believe me, I’ve heard them
all, and none of them hold water.

Let’s just say that in order for some verses to say that
God won’t save the world, one would then have to
concede that the bible does contradict itself after all
(which, come to think of it, would be more in keeping
with an entity who wanted to save the world but who,
ultimately, couldn't).

He is most definitely the Savior of the world. There is no other.

Chaela,

Good post. And we know He does not FAIL. The hows and the wheres and the whys I leave to smarter people than me. I just know I do not serve a weak Lord. I serve the Lion of the Tribe of Judah. I serve the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords. I serve the MAKER OF THE UNIVERSE, THE BUILDER OF THE ATOM, THE FIRST AND THE LAST!

I do not serve a mealy mouthed 'well, if you guys don't like me i'll go away-wring-his-hands' type of god. If He says He will do a thing HE WILL DO IT. If the Bible says anything it says THAT.

I think one of the ways is Purgatory. I think you Catholics have had that right from the beginning.
Another thing, I have seen the Lord and His angels work with people on their death beds many times...and things happened...
I could go on and on..
There are too many mysteries for us to smugly say 'their goin to hell'. We just don't know and we are NOT worthy to be the Judge. Some folks think they are. But none of us are, regardless of how many seminary degrees one has or how big your church is. Or how much Scripture you can quote. The Pharisees did that and the Lord was not pleased.
Thanks for listening, sis.

Of course God does not fail, all who will come to Him will be saved. Whosoever will, not whosoever won't.

So what happens to these:
Rom 11:25
For I would not, brethren, that ye should be ignorant of this mystery, lest ye should be wise in your own conceits; that blindness in part is happened to Israel, until the fulness of the Gentiles be come in.

Rom. 10:11-13

Scripture says, “Anyone who believes in Him will never be put to shame. For there is no difference between Jew and Gentile —the same Lord is Lord of all. “Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.”

This is the kind of scripture that confuses me because in the book of Matthew he says, "Not everyone who says to Me, 'Lord, Lord,' will enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father who is in heaven will enter." Matthew 7:21. They seem to contradict each other because Rom. 10:11 "Everyone who calls on the lord will be saved." Not only that but are we justified by faith alone and not by works?
Something else that caught my attention was this, Romans 10:6 “Do not say in your heart, ‘Who will ascend into heaven?’ ”(that is, to bring Christ down) “or ‘Who will descend into the deep?’ ” (that is, to bring Christ up from the dead). This really hit me because that's basically what I'm asking? What I'm so worried about. Who will descend into the deep? That is to bring Christ UP from the dead. My brain is hitting a brick wall thinking about this scripture right now. I sense that it is good though.

God did not leave Salvation in the hands of men, and thank God that He didn't.
Salvation is of the Lord. But God COMMANDS all men everywhere to repent. Those who repent receive salvation. Those who do not repent cannot be saved.

And hearts can be changed in a second. He is ABLE. He is God. There is nothing He cannot do. So have faith everyone for once we were all lost but now we are found; He will move heaven and earth to do it.

I have had so much trouble with this question. I want it to be true soo bad! There are plenty of testimonies out there of people actually speaking to God, seeing hell, hearts turned. Why can't he do that with everyone! I know some of you will say, so you think Hitler should be sent to heaven? In the bible it says if you've missed one law you've missed them all! James 2:10. So yes I'm equal to Hitler in Gods eyes. It also says "But if you do not forgive, neither will your Father who is in heaven forgive your transgressions." Jesus blood was to take the sins of the whole world, I believe his blood is easily enough to save the whole world. Such a harsh punishment demands a verdict. To be honest if he doesn't make it crystal clear for me I would rather not have a free will at all then to go to hell.
Since the men fell and were driven out from Eden, if God did not continue to create the rest names in His plan ( the book of life ) there would no one be saved , all the men would be only men who were born of flesh ( John1:12-13) , all the men would be the people whose names were never written in the book of life before the creation of the world ( beyond His plan ), where they are same as cows or other animals (with no spirit/with no eternal being inside ) they surely will be gone after their earthly life finish.
Who are really they ?, they are all merely as representation of the devils them selves (John8:44, John6:70, Mark5:12-13, 1John3:12, John1:13 ).

Should God save the devils ?.---> No.

How could God continue to create ?.
God takes the names He have already planned (the book of life) then places the each name to the womb of woman to be born ( time and place as He wants ) known as born of God/God's people (John1:12-13).

Why should the devils stay within the men who were born of flesh?.
In order to lead astray the God's people.

Fortunately, repentance is something that is granted
by God, as opposed to the result of human effort:

Acts 5:31 God has exalted to his right hand this very
man as our Leader and Savior in order to extend
repentance
and forgiveness of sins to Israel.

Acts 11:18 When they heard this, they quieted down
and glorified God, saying, "Well then, God has
granted to the Gentiles also the repentance
that
leads to life."

2 Timothy 2:24-26 The Lord's bond-servant must not
be quarrelsome, but be kind to all, able to teach,
patient when wronged, with gentleness correcting
those who are in opposition, if perhaps God may
grant them repentance
leading to the knowledge of
the truth, and they may come to their senses and
escape from the snare of the devil, having been held
captive by him to do his will.

Can a devil experience love the same way we do on earth?
