So, what made you want to become a moderator? Are there many Baptists near Buffalo?

I wanted to help others, and I felt that this was a way that I could do that. There are -- I attend a non-denomination church that I have attended since I was 8 years old :)

Nope, I live just south of Buffalo -- in the snow belt :)

My parents live in New York. {Can't remember where right now} but they said last year you guys got hit bad.

Praying for less snow. ;) :prayer:

Question now: What is the most snow you have gotten since you have lived in Buffalo?

That's a hard question -- depends on the time frame :)

This last year we got slammed.

We had 9 feet in 4 days. :)

it doesn't snow quite that much here, but i remember one big snowfall we had when i was younger.
we scraped up all the snow in the backyard into a big pile and added food coloring to it as we scraped it up.
looked pretty strange when it was melting.
anyway, we hollowed it out and made a sort of igloo out of it.
3 people could fit in it.
my question is:
what do you think will be the biggest breakthrough invention of the 21st century?

Interesting question. To put a kind of Star Trek answer out there -- I have a feeling that the area of nanotechnology is going to keep growing during this century. We'll keep seeing things get smaller and more powerful (phones, equipment, medical tools, etc). So, maybe in that area :)

in my opinion, the biggest breakthrough invention will be the perfection of the mind/machine interface.
this invention will completely smash our idea of reality.

It's between Voyager and Enterprise. If I had to choose, I'd say Enterprise.

I loved Enterprise, until the 3rd season that is, i didnt enjoy it as much as the first two. I wished they would have made more seasons though. Im waiting on a new series to pop up. I've seen every series ever made

It unfortunately wasn't viable to make a 5th season. I loved the 3rd season with the Xindi story arc.
At the moment im watching DS9 and Voyager and we just started the 4th season

Its funny because when they made the original ST series in the 60's, they only made 3 seasons, but then years later it became very popular.
