Remember this one key point:

It is physiologically impossible, to lose fat weight quickly and any weight loss of over 2 pounds or so a week, is going to involve the loss of water and or lean tissue.

One pound of fat, is equivalent to 3500 calories and the average person could walk 30 miles, just from the energy in one pound of fat.
