Addiction is the Malady of More.. and it knows no bounds. It affects people from ALL crosswalks of life and is growing to a pandemic level. It is 3 fold in nature (Physical, Mental and Spiritual) and SO is recovery. All 3 issues must be addressed for recovery to be effected. The good news is there IS a solution. Contact any 12-Step group for more information of HOW to go about it.

Science and medicine can help those who are addicted if the addict knows how to use it and apply it so they can live a longer life but Jesus can fix your current life and afterlife. You have to be born again in the spirit so you can even enter the heavenly kingdom when your body dies so with that kind of logic there is room for things that are physical to also have a spiritual component, even addiction. I believe many people have been delivered from all sorts of addictions by faith and repentance through Jesus Christ. And He already paid the price so the help is all free for the taking.

is rolling stones a Christian group or something? why would a Christian have Keith Richards in their signature.? Rolling stones sing that song, 'sympathy for the devil', seems like that is #1 problem in Christian world today. They have so much 'sympathy' for Satan they almost worship the object of their sympathy.

enemies of a movement are often called 'sympathizers' with the opposition.

sometimes I think it is actually just biological stress, emotional stress they repeat something that reduces the stress ad infinitum it's just all they really know to do. Of course the social emotional problems are there too but often it is caused by biological organic problems. If you are sexually unappealing or something most of the beautiful people well have nothing to do with you, let's be honest. Much of your life is about what you look like in the brave new world.

if you cured the biological defects that make them unwanted they would not suffer the social isolation. It is not really even the arrogant people's fault, they would probably have hard time interfacing with the hot shots at their speed and their level of functioning.

I don't know what addiction is but all I can say it's not good for health. No matter what type of addiction you have, it's time to work hard to get rid of it.
