Why don't protestants bless Mary?

@Berean777,
dude, if you guys are the Church, you have seriously failed at the great commission.

I didn't say this God did and Peter the apostles also said it.

1 Peter 5:12-14
12By Silvanus, a faithful brother unto you, as I suppose, I have written briefly, exhorting, and testifying that this is the true grace of God wherein ye stand. 13The church that is at Babylon, elected together with you, saluteth you; and so doth Marcus my son. 14Greet ye one another with a kiss of charity. Peace be with you all that are in Christ Jesus. Amen.

Who said their great commission has failed, they are not finished yet, they are going to re-establish the highway and this time they are going to bring along with them all of Israel, who is the symbol of the prodigal son who went to a far country and sold his inheritance. The Jews of today will come to her as the 11th hour workmen and then you will know that they are the handy work of God. You can join them to, bring others along as well.

Mark my words this is the only highway of God and when you see it then you will know that it is the fruit of the Spirit of God. Those who belong under Rome can come as well for this is where the true ecumenical movement is.

Thank you kindly.

Hail Mary full of grace implies she is the source of grace.
NO saying "hail mary full of grace" does NOT imply she is the source of grace. As I said before, I could be full of orange juice and not be an orange (the source of orange juice). If you are going to continue this irrational accusation, I am not going to bother reading or replying to those posts. My patience is worn out with this subthread.

Jesus, God The Father, The Holy Spirit, and now Mary and Steven, are all sources of Grace to him. That is five, people to me.
Mary and Steven are not sources of Grace for me. God's grace comes from God. God can work THROUGH Mary and Steven, but ultimately God is the only source of grace.

Mary was a human. She can be the Mother of God <a wonderful title>, but Moses was a human, David was a human- they are not praised period in Christianity, and they are actual heroes.. what did Mary do to merit veneration which overdoes them?
They are praised plenty in the Orthodox Church.

Since you were the one who brought up judging by fruit, we can judge by the almost complete lack of fruit from your Church, the veracity of your claims.

Sorry this is not correct, Mary was never venerated in the first century by any church tradition. The church at Babylon challenged Rome even to the end when they delayed Rome from venerating Mary until they were taken out in the council of Ephesus in 431AD. All the other churches were wielded by Rome within the synod by using flatteries to maliciously and falsely accuse this church founded by Saint Thomas in 34AD and elected by Peter in his epistles as a Nestroian heretical church. The label itself is fallacious but through flatteries they were able to deceive the other churches and take out what was holding the Mariology gospel of venerating Mary from being manifested. No sooner after the church at Babylon was ostracised and taken out that Mary veneration started to come into play in 431AD, the same year that the church of the East/Babylon was falsely labeled Nestorian heretics.
Rome was barely even represented at Ephesus. You make a lot of baseless claims.

They didn't have anything quite like the relationship with God that Mary had, so it should not be suprising.

When Jesus laid down the gauntlet and proclaimed himself as the God and Savior of man, Mary was pretty much put with the rest of the laity.

Please explain why you are continually making this accusation. The onus is on you to give evidence, so where is the evidence to this charge that you have placed upon this elected church? Hmmmmmm........waiting...........:comeon:

Your Church has less than 1 million members worldwide. After 2000 years that represents a distinct lack of good fruit. Your Church has also experienced a number of schisms, one of those 'fruits' you seem to want to attribute only to Rome.

In their defense, no church was as hard-hit by the Mongols.

Scripture says that all nations will call Mary blessed. Why is it that so many Protestants refuse to do so? Are they so afraid of appearing Catholic that they are willing to disrespect the Mother of our Lord? The only time they ever even talk about Mary when they either drag her out for Christmas or, in extreme cases, when they are disparaging her to say she was merely an incubator and no one special. What is with that?
Mary isn't talked about very much outside the Gospels. John makes brief mention of her in Revelation, but only in reference to her birthing Christ. Nothing about her at all in his other letters, nothing about her at all in Peter's letters, nothing about her at all in Paul's letters. James didn't mention her. Jude didn't either. She's briefly mentioned in the beginning of Acts, but after that we didn't hear a thing about her. Did the New Testament authors then disrespect her? I dare say not. Marianism simply wasn't as big a deal in the first century.
