God doesnt answer right away.

God's time is not our time. He is eternal. What is a long time for us is nothing to Him. Just trust that God will answer everything eventually, no matter how long it takes.

Sometimes God is teaching us patience.

He works in His own time and sometimes He wants to teach us one thing before He answers our prayers on another area.

Sometimes we may be praying amiss, and thinking of our own flesh instead of having the mind of Christ and praying in the spirit.
God wont answer the proud, but gives grace to the humble.

1) Unforgiveness: If we do not forgive others, our Heavenly Father will not forgive us. (Matthew 6:15)

2) An Unthankful Heart: Give God thanks in all things, because in all trials, painful situations,
He is always with us.
1 Thessalonians 5:18 says "...in everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you."

3) Unbelief: Pray with confidence, believing God to do what He said He will do. James 1:6-7 says "But let him ask in faith, with no doubting, for he who doubts is like a wave of the sea driven and tossed by the wind. For let not that man suppose that he will receive anything from the Lord."

4) Selfishness: Ask for the things in God's will, the outcome of which is to honour and glorify God.
James 4:3 says "You ask and do not receive because you ask amiss, that you may spend it on your pleasures."

5) Failure to ask God to supply our needs: James 4:2 says "You lust and do not have.
You murder and covet and cannot obtain. You fight and war.
Yet you do not have because you do not ask."

6) Disobedience: Pray and ask God with confidence, obeying His commandments.
1 John 3:22 says "And whatever we ask we receive from Him, because we keep
His commandments and do those things which are pleasing in His sight."

7) Praying Alone: Pray with others and agree in faith.
Matthew 18:19 says "Again I say to you that if two of you agree on earth concerning
anything that they ask, it will be done for them by My Father in heaven."

8) Disharmony in family or with others: Be at peace with one another.
1 Peter 3:7 says "Husbands, likewise, dwell with them with understanding,
giving honour to the wife, as to the weaker vessel, and as being heirs together
of the grace of life, that your prayers may not be hindered."

9) Idols- Not putting God first in our lives: Ezekiel 14:2-5 says
"And the word of the Lord came to me, saying, 'Son of man, these men
have set up their idols in their hearts, and put before them that which
causes them to stumble into iniquity. Should I let Myself be inquired of by them?
Therefore speak to them, 'Thus says the Lord God: 'Everyone of the house of Israel
who sets up his idols in his heart, and puts before him what causes him to stumble
into iniquity, and then comes to the prophet, I the Lord will answer him who comes,
according to the multitude of his idols, that I may seize the house of Israel by their
heart, because they are all estranged from Me by their idols. '"

10 Forgetting the Poor- Ignoring and not having compassion.
Proverbs 21:13 says "Whoever shuts his ears to the cry of the poor will also cry
himself and not be heard."

11) Lack of reconciliation- Bearing malice, hate, grudge etc.
Matthew 5:23,24 says "Therefore if you bring your gift to the altar, and there
remember that your brother has something against you, leave your gift there
before the altar, and go your way. First be reconciled to your brother, and then
come and offer your gift."

12) Not wanting to wait on God:
Psalm 37:7-9
"Be still before the Lord and wait patiently for him; fret not yourself over the
one who prospers in his way, over the man who carries out evil devices!
Refrain from anger, and forsake wrath! Fret not yourself; it tends only to evil.
For the evildoers shall be cut off, but those who wait for the Lord shall inherit the land."

1Jn 5:13-15 KJV
(13) These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God.
(14) And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us:
(15) And if we know that he hear us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of him.

God has clearly stated His will in His word:

2Pe 1:1-4 KJV
(1) Simon Peter, a servant and an apostle of Jesus Christ, to them that have obtained like precious faith with us through the righteousness of God and our Saviour Jesus Christ:
(2) Grace and peace be multiplied unto you through the knowledge of God, and of Jesus our Lord,
(3) According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue:
(4) Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.

if i tell you that i've sent you some money, and you tell me i didn't because you don't have it yet, what more can i say? wouldn't i just be silent? if you didn't believe me when i said i sent it, why would you believe anything else i might say? but if you ask me why you haven't yet received the money that you believe i sent you based on my word, then i can tell you how to receive it, because you are now listening to me...

God does answer right away! Just look how Jesus answered to the people who came to him for healing. He answered them then and there, right on the spot.

what is the question? God can speak through others; maybe one or more of us will be listening to Him about this

Sometimes God answers right away, sometimes He waits. He has perfect timing. Sometimes He answers in the way you are wanting, sometimes He answers in a totally different way, but it's still an answer. He wants the best for you/others you're praying for, and that may be different from your exact prayer.

It is good to question things if you are truly looking to strengthen your walk with God. It is not good to question if your questioning is really a complaint that God isn't doing what you want Him to, when you want Him to, although if you are willing to listen to the Holy Spirit's conviction on that, God can turn that around.

Remember that God is a sovereign, holy God, not your personal vending machine. Your post is too brief to understand where you are coming from.

This also. It's key to build up your relationship with God/Christ, and have your prayers answer.

John 13:34-35
34 And now I give you a new commandment: love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. 35 If you have love for one another, then everyone will know that you are my disciples.”

John 14:21 Those who accept my commandments and obey them are the ones who love me. My Father will love those who love me; I too will love them and reveal myself to them.”

John 14:23 Jesus answered him, “Those who love me will obey my teaching. My Father will love them, and my Father and I will come to them and live with them.

John 15:1-17
1 “I am the real vine, and my Father is the gardener. 2 He breaks off every branch in me that does not bear fruit, and he prunes every branch that does bear fruit, so that it will be clean and bear more fruit. 3 You have been made clean already by the teaching I have given you. 4 Remain united to me, and I will remain united to you.
