Every broken clock has the right time twice a day.

Meantime - democrats cannot run for president unless they are sworn pro abortion. Which means more funding for PPF.

Israel is our allie.

A President's view on abortion is as relevant as a President's view on if the Moon is made of cheese. The President has no power to liberalise or restrict abortion.

As you know already. But you keep on trying to muddy the waters...

As i said Silvio - and i dont know if you havent read a thing i write - and i feel im beating the air - but presidents do very very much affect many things with a pro abortion stance.
They fund PPF... and they chose Supreme Court Judges who may hear a case which could benefit babies if and when someone were to be able to bring it before a pro life court.

You err in thinking it doesnt matter. It does. There are other varying factors that it may effect as well.

Can Santourm by referred to as 'Orthodox'?

His record of appeasement of the Zionist Military regime in the Holy Land is far from Vatican teaching...

there are many valid reasons for the USA to be an ally with Israel

both ideological
they are a liberal democracy

and utilitarian
they are a strong military power in a region where we have a vested interest

you know that I am not a supporter of the theological claims of Christian Zionists
and you know that I have been critical of the many abuses done by the state of Israel

but those two reasons I gave, and many more, are legitimate reasons for us to be allied with Israel
now just because they are an ally does not mean that we should not pressure them to reform, and I think both parties treat Israel with "kid gloves"
both because of the huge Evangelical base in the Republican Party and the very effective Israeli political lobby

Why Hillary, indeed.
I think she was being groomed for this run when Obama installed her as SoS.

That doesn't mean she's fit for the job, God knows the Clinton history in both Arkansas government and the White house should prove that to any voter. It does appear to mean she's considered worthy of the 2016 Democrat ticket. And likely she will achieve that position.

For the Republicans I think the obvious question should be, who do they have that is more fit to beat her at the polls?

Likely this is going to be another one of those obvious fix ballots. Trump vs. Clinton.

With the obvious winner already printed out.

Why should we vote for Hillary Clinton?

Has she shown any exceptional intelligence?
Any amazing leadership skills?

She moved to New York because she knew any Democrat could be elected there.
(that and the Clintons have serious connections to Wall Street Democrats)
She was Secretary of State when the Benghazi debacle went down
She was is a lawyer..... has she done anything noteworthy as a lawyer?

Her and her husband have been involved in numerous scandals
She is a polarizing figure, her husband was well known for being able to work with Republicans, but this is something that she seems to have no real skill in.
So.... why should we vote for her?

So what?
Hairstyles are a rather superficial way to judge people.
Do you really want someone so insecure that he has to tell you how rich he is at every opportunity? Someone who hates himself so much he has to pretend he has a full head of hair?

Someone so callous about his fellow human beings that he refers to his Hispanic neighbours as rapists.

Someone so jealous of others that he has to deny the war heroism of a fellow Republican?

Someone so desperate for acceptance he'll change any historic view to appear electable?

Who wants Trump?!!!
Not me.

Making it about hair styles is about as low ball, and neanderthal as politics can go.

My own position is that with choices like Trump and Clinton rising to the top, it is a blessing in disguise that America has become sidelines and tangential to world affairs under the leadership of Obama. If these are the kind of choices that Americans are going for, the idea of America being a global leader is one who time has passed.

I'll take the neanderthal attack on the chin and let it wash over me like water off a duck's back...

Perhaps Trump knows the number of illegals who are in the jails.
I said before - he doesnt use tact - and probably because he is rich enough to not worry about anyone checking his pattern on people skills.
Observing FB - it appears he is popular for his candor.
And Hillary is not liked at all by democrats..
And the only thing i see of memes is bashing Bush who is ancient history - but its a tactic used to keep democrats on the thin line of the party regardless if they loathe Obama and Hillary.

Trump may be a dork - and i cannot agree with his verbal abuses sans respectable people skills. i have yet to see his full line of issues and im going to try to get past the usual 'knock him down hard' by the left - because from what i have seen so far has been the usual rhetoric of the left - misquoting him and revising his meanings.

So im not happy about his personality or lack of grace and style... however; he has no special interest groups that can buy him. That to me is a plus..and with his money - that might be refreshing he has no use for coercive tactics.

What if he is honest?
How far would that take him?
And above all - would he remain this way if he made the presidency?
However; OTOH - if he made the presidency - i would hope he would tone down the baffoon act.
