Its a racing game, where you team up and form a crew with people playing online. I think it may be something like Grand Theft Auto, except more racing/car centered. I don't think "you" ever get out of the car. I think its more like a video game version of the fast and furious movies. You do heists (from the looks of it), racing etc.... for car upgrades and money for upgrades.

That's nice that you're helping your friend move and it's great that you aren't expecting payment, even a nice gesture.

Is this a guy thing though? Just wondering. I once had a guy friend go above and beyond the call of duty and pick me and my best friend up from the airport at 1 am. My best friend and I wanted to give him a gesture of thanks later (food not money)but he refused. I never understood it. We just shrugged it off and let him have his way. Also, you should probably sleep but that's just my opinion, that and a dollar will get you a drink at mcD's.

Helping another guy move? Yes, at most the other guy owes the friend that helped a beer or two.... but.. not mandatory or expected.

I plan on sleeping, but I have to wake up at 4 am so..... im looking at 6 hours of sleep if I pass out now.

We don't look for payment from friends..... if a guy helps another guy move and he isn't being paid, it means they are friends.

Guys being nice to women in such a way, now that could either be a gesture of friendship or..... its not a meal or money he wants.

Oh the great mysteries of life. Yeah, I am assuming he was just being friendly. I just never have understood why people refuse to allow you to say thanks in actions as well as words. Since I have seen this behavior mostly from men I was just curious. I guess it has to do with how a person was raised though.

Yep, some people were raised to help friends. Others decline cause they are after something else. The first ones, you keep in your life. The others...... not so much.

Oh, that's good. Because sometimes I wonder if my messed up mind has permanently damaged me. The idea of being happy and content seems impossible to me. But I guess that is just a delusion.

I've had depression recently. Things get better, but part of it involves just involves your willingness to really get out there, do something you love, and just change your attitude on life, or just change your attitude in some way that you're not as discouraged. It can be hard, though. I was kind of addicted to the cycle of sad thoughts, and the vague comfort that they weren't really true. But encouragement could only do so much for me.

Our immigration system is so messed up. I've never really realized how bad it is, until seeing it first hand.

Come in illegally, and you can get amnesty (potentially). But for many (or most) of the people who want to do it the legal way... nah, you're denied. What a joke.
