I like both but have to have a fair amount of protein in my diet or I lose strength.

I am, and I've always been. I have good genes. But I stopped training and running which I should continue.

My genes are a mixed bag, but so far I've avoided a lot of problems others around me have like weight and back problems

no headache issues to speak of cept when the mold gets up sometimes a sinus ache or something of that sort

I had turkey and mayo and tomato on large romaine lettuce leaves instead of bread , was wonderful had two of them

not a big deal..... if we had chrisbot still there wouldn't be this problem and If I wasn't (for fun) trying to get to thread 200 before deciding on whether to stop incrementing things and end up with another huge thread.
