I only did yoga for about 20 minutes this morning and then took a long walk on the beach after sunset. I was dancing at DancerPalooza for five days and am still kinda sore, haha.
I did Jillian Michaels ab/core workout "6 weeks till 6 pack." She is tough. I forgot how hard that routine was, lol. After that, I went for a relaxing swim.
Insanity is brutal. I did Sean T's workout series T 25 for 3-4 months. It was brutal, but from what I hear his program Insanity is even worse. Good for you for doing it.
