It is the holy spirit who is inside of us, and the holy spirit does not rule. Jesus does not speak directly to us, he nudges us with a still small voice. He is NOT right here, you are fooling yourself. Jesus does not, for example, tell us what to do about climate change. We need a real live voice to speak to us about things like that.

If you think man controls the climate, you are fooling yourself. God is in total control. Further, He is going to destroy the earth with fire, and possibly not too far in the future. Talk about global warming. You haven't seen anything yet.

How do you know He doesn't speak to her, or us? We listen to Him, but there's a leader on Earth. This was Jesus' direct teaching. "Who hears you (he said to Peter) hears me. What you open, no one can shut, what you shut, no one can open."

Jesus did not teach that there is a leader on earth, and in fact, we are told we need no man to teach us because we learn of Him.

You don't know who Jesus is? There is no pope. He is man-made. Jesus is my head, as He is the head of all of His people.
No, you said you don't know who the leader is on Earth, but it's not the pope. Jesus made Peter the head of the visible Church. Not just any man. And the Holy Spirit guides the Church to choosing the Peter's successor. Sorry you don't know that.

Wrong. Christ is the head and I am His representative, as are all His Body, born-again believers. I am certainly not rudderless.
You do not speak for Jesus. You don't have Jesus' authority, which was given by the laying on of hands, and the imposition of the Holy Spirit.

No, I didn't say I didn't know who the leader on earth was, I said there isn't one. There is no need for one.
You're just plain wrong. I walk with Jesus personally. There is no man who intervenes.

Jesus speaks for Himself. That's kinda the point. I have a direct relationship with Him as do all of His people.

Yes, Jesus' Spirit. HIM. Jesus speaks directly to me. I'm sorry He doesn't speak to you. If you try speaking directly to Him, He will respond. He is not silent. Most people are just not listening.
I do not hear voices. I do hear God in a "still small voice" through the holy spirit, in what I would call a nudge or inspiration. But if I truly want to know what Jesus has to say, I have to read his Bible or listen to his spirit inspired teachers.

What's the difference between His voice being still or loud? If God speaks to you, then He does. Jesus is God, ma'am.

God allows man free will, for example God allows us to sin against each other and to sin against the earth.

You are if you don't have a guide. Jim Jones thought he was, too, but self-appointed.

That's not what that passage says or means.

Yes, but the man-made climate change baloney is a hoax and God is going to destroy the earth with fire. Better to invest your time and efforts elsewhere.

It's a big difference. A still voice is not clear and direct. It doesn't answer questions like "Do chimpanzees have the right not to be imprisoned?" For that you need a living voice that you can have an actual conversation with.

His voice is very clear and direct. You have to LISTEN.
