Monster Musume no Iru Nichijou/Everyday Monster Girl and Ushio and Tora are 2 promising ones (I'm actually planning to catch up to the scanlations we have of the former, since it's only about 30+ chapters at this point, though Japan probably has many more chapters in serialization).
Ushio and Tora was originally adapted in the 90s, but is considered a bad attempt by fans. 39 episodes for 33 volumes does have some people concerned.
Other popular series I'm looking forward to include Okusama ga Seito Kaichou (roughly My Wife is the Student President), which will be a miniseries, not the full 20 minute variety, Prison School (which will probably be popular for all the wrong reasons or have a generally mixed reception considering the general content), Dragon Ball Super (even though I've technically not seen the entirety of the original series or read the original manga much) and Overlord (though we've had MMO based series on and off for the last 5 years practically, like Log Horizon and Sword Art Online).
Charlotte seems interesting, though it might be original compared to many of these adapting manga or light novels, but the premise seems a bit...vague to me.
Any others I haven't listed that you've heard about or are prioritizing? To Love Ru Darkness is one I'd like to watch, but even though I've read the manga, I feel like I should watch the full anime from the start to really appreciate the series instead of jumping in so late.
