I prayed.

God will heal us, but we also have a responsibility, to take care of our health.

1. Eat only whole foods, in their natural state, which have not been processed.
2. Eat only when you are hungry, or, eat only in a 8 hour window each day, and the other 16 hours, do not eat anything. That is called an 'Intermitten Fasting. That is, eating during a 8 hours period, and not eating the rest of the time. During the 8 hours of eating, eat as much as you want.
3. Drink water or any other liquids, only when you are thirsty.
4. Do a light exercise everyday, like brisk walking or jogging.

Everyone's need are different but I have personally found places like Curezone and Earth Clinic to often be very helpful. If nothing else they can provide some empathy and understanding at times.
