The signs are there...

Especially the twin signs... "days of Noah" and "days of Lot"... do indeed signal the second coming of Christ !!
And there are so many important prophecies yet to be fulfilled !

Here is quote from news article:

" Rabbi Chaim Kanievsky, a leading authority in mainstream Ultra-Orthodox Judaism, has been giving clear and unequivocal messages recently that the coming of the Messiah is imminent. He is urging Jews to make Aliyah as soon as possible. Aliyah, the Hebrew verb for going up, refers to immigrating to Israel, which is seen as higher spiritual action that can help herald in the coming of the Messiah... Jews living outside Israel should return to their ancestral land. "

That's just great, I'm gonna take a stroke again. I'll have to go out right after Sabbath is over and hit the stores while they're still open.

I'm not sure if I'd trust the Rabbi though, they weren't too accurate on Jesus' first visitation.

Thanks anyways for the heads up.

Shabbat Shalom

Lots of folks skip the New Jewish Covenant / Christian Covenant in making these calculations. The warnings are clear: Many will be deceived by a counterfeit trinity. Many will herald the arrival of a "messiah," not realizing that he will be a counterfeit. The solution to the confusion is in Romans 10:8-13.

Found this by googling Ben Samuel's name, I can't make an endorsement on it's legitimacy.

“Some 800 years ago in Germany, Rabbi Judah Ben Samuel was a top Talmudic scholar with an inclination for the mystical. Before he died in the year 1217, he prophesied that the Ottoman Turks would conquer Jerusalem and rule the Holy City for ‘eight Jubilee Years.’” A biblical Jubilee year consists of 50 years. Fifty multiplied by eight equals 400 years.

Afterwards, according to Ben Samuel, the Ottomans would be driven out of Jerusalem, which would remain a no-man’s land for one Jubilee year. In the tenth Jubilee year [2017]…the Messianic end times would begin.…

“Ben Samuel’s prophecy was fulfilled precisely because 1517 to 1917 is exactly 400 years. Afterward, Jerusalem was a no-man’s land for 50 years during the time of the British Mandate (1917–1967) and the time of Jordanian rule (1947–1967), another Jubilee year. During the Six Day War in 1967, Israel captured Jerusalem from Jordan and the city returned to the Jewish people after nearly two millennia of exile. After that, the countdown for the Messianic age began.”

Schneider assumes that since Rabbi Judah Ben Samuel’s prediction appears to be fulfilled to date, then 2017 should launch the beginning of the Messianic era

My Comment:

When they say "the beginning of the Messianic era", I think that they're talkin' bout the tribulation.

My comment

No one can know the dating of the Lord's next intervention .... He has intentionally kept from revealing His sudden action .... no signs, no warning

And Satan's beast in the little horn of Daniel's visions will not claim to be Jesus Christ, Israel's Messiah

This one that some call the "antichrist" will be fully "against" Jesus Christ and will say so from the get go [Revelation 13:5-6]

Um, given I don't think it's a sign at all, I'm baffled to know what sign you think I think it is.

I'll give you an example.... when most people think of Jews returning to the Holy Land
they think of Ezekiel 37... the reuniting of the two kingdoms... all 12 tribes of Israel under
King David [as it was in the OT.] But there is previous mention of God's Holy Land being
occupied by Israel's enemy, Edom, in the preceding chapter. So how do we know which
prophecy is being fulfilled. One way to know is if those who are in possession of God's
Holy Land are holy... if they are obedient to God... a requirement in Ezekiel 37.

Just last month those who now occupy God's Holy Land had their government sanctioned
17th annual sodomite parade... every Purim those who occupy God's Holy Land, dress up
[like Halloween] as bloody flesh-eating zombies. This is certainly not Israel returning to
their Holy Land in Ezekiel 37. It is Edom maliciously occupying God's Holy Land as Edom
did during Israel's Babylonian captivity... as Edom did at the time of Christ.

The sign/prophecy I referenced... is Edom's return.

Okayyyy...

Personally, I'm more upset about their flagrant war crimes, but to each his own.
