Happy Canada Day all you fellow Canadians!
What do Canadians do for traditional Canada day celebrations, and how many involve maple syrup?
Happy Canada Day!
We're just about to head out to the beach fireworks here.
And Juicebox, most cities will have their own celebrations and performances usually ending with firework displays. Sadly, there are not many maple syrup traditions I'm aware of. But, I'm definitely down for suggestions.
You're in Minnesota. That counts.
Let's get one thing straight, missy Ray of melt-my-ice. It's JuiceBoxxed, not JuiceBox. When I signed up, that beautiful ambiguous reference to a nutty fruit loop or vain steroid user was taken (no offense to JuiceBox), so I had to append it to a state of being rather than an adjective to describe my personality. What that means could mean anything from freshly squeezed grapes to a fine fermented mango juice, but it's still not a noun. Got it? Alrighty then.
Now that I've startled the living day-lights out of you, I'm not sure you want to hear the suggestions that came to mind for maple syrup as soon as you mentioned being open to them. They would probably get me smacked and at the very least earn me a concerted look from a kindly old grandma and any mother hens within hearing distance would shuffle themselves and their kids away.
Yes, I am aware of your full username. If Juicebox is that offensive to you, I could always shorten it to box. C'mon, everyone gets a nickname on CF. It just seems wrong to type your full username each time. It's basically a tradition lol.
As for your Maple syrup ideas, perhaps it's best you keep them to yourself in that way and we Canadians will continue to celebrate as we always have. If it's not broke, don't fix it
