Going by his posts, it seems he has an unreasonable bias against Christians.

I find many Christians on this board quite reasonable and fair minded and I believe my comments on this board would support that, as well as those same people's comments towards me.

What I am bias about, are people who can not settle for having the ability to run their own life as they choose and they must raise their arms screaming in agony, how someone else chooses to live theirs, when it has zero impact on their own life.

And I will continue to point this out, when it occurs.

Well, some people believe in personal freedom too. That's a common theme amongst the constitutional amendments.
You mean to say, Aldebaran, that Constitutional rights also apply to us Christians?
G'wan!!!

Do you really think that forcing those few who object is going to make everything all better?

I believe society would be a better place, if the public is treated equally, in public accommodating businesses. Society would also be better, for those who have a problem with serving the public equally, recognizing the same and choosing not to serve the public.

Atheism is a position on the existence of deities. It doesn't tell you anything about my religion.

And the name is Freodin, thank you.
My computer insists on correcting what it thinks are misspellings. I've tried reasoning with it, but it is very stubborn on this issue...

And you think that throwing a tantrum about it on the internet will change any of this?

Yep! The talk as of late is almost always about people being able to love, marry, speak, or do whatever they want. But then those same people are the ones pointing at Christians as being "intolerant" when they want to run a business, speak out, defend their faith, or live their own lives the way they see fit.

Throwing a tantrum?

As was pointed out the other day, some things are worth fighting for, as many who were discriminated against, could explain a lot better than I.

No plans to "cut and run" on this issue.

As my dear Daddy would have said, God rest his soul:

If your computer insists to change something to something else that is definitly incorrect (there are NO google hits for "Freodian") I'd advise some serious checking. Or praying. Though the first would most likely be more helpful.

And you think that throwing a tantrum about it on the internet will change any of this?
You obviously think that throwing a tantrum on the internet is going to bring people to God.

Sometimes people really do change their mind. In regard to God as well as in regard to cakes.

Perhaps you think the fight for gay rights was worth it.
I may not agree, but I can understand the reasoning.
But all of this jumping up and down because a few Christians refuse to violate their faith in their business life?
No..this is just childish.

I must say, there is a lot of jumping up and down on all sides of this.

The dogs bark, but the caravan passes.

If I were the mods I would close this thread just for having reached critical mass of annoyingness on all sides. (I guess that's me cutting and running... but I'll surely join into the next outcropping of rational conversation on this topic.)

I managed to correct the 'o'. I missed the 'a'. Sorry. My computer thinks you are "Freudian".
LOL....it may know something I do not.

I have seen people who came to mock, stay to pray. It does happen, if only rarely.
And I prefer chocolate cake...although I am open to consider other flavors...

I probably would have closed it a couple of days ago.
Of course, with all of the threads cropping up on this issue, I'm sure they've been kept pretty busy.
Oy vey...can you even imagine how many "reports" they've gotten? It must be a madhouse!

Nah. I am certain you are not my type.

I have seen people who came to mock, stay to pray. It does happen, if only rarely.
I have seen people who came to preach, and stay to argue against God. Humans, you just have to love them. ;)
And I prefer chocolate cake...although I am open to consider other flavors...
Unmarried, single... and I can't stand cake, especially the creamy ones.

But I will fight, jump up and down and thrown tantrums for your right to have chocolate cake.
