Inverts anyone?

I love insects and arachnids. Fascinating little beasties. This thread is dedicated to all things with six or eight legs.

I am thinking of investing in a colony of Warrior Beetles (Pasimachus californicus), these are tenacious predator beetles as demonstrated in the videos below. I do not advocate feeding Jerusalem Crickets or Scorpions to Warrior Beetles. If you squeamish towards feeding inverts, I recommend skipping these videos. These guys are truly miniature armored wolverines.




Their care appears to be easy and simple.

The predatory Texas Giant Katydid (Neobarrettia spinosa). This creature will either awe you with their alien beauty or repulse you with their alien ugliness.
