I've never seen that prayer by St. Ignatius before--it's beautiful. May God's healing grace touch all of your lives today.

I'm still trying to figure out the new format... That's a prayer I need as well. That's for posting it. St Dymphna is the patron saint for nervous afflictions.

Great thread, WA. My prayers for you and all who suffer from depression and/or anxiety. I know that these invisible afflictions can truly rob the joy from this life. Peace to you.
