Prayers for Sister and Friend

This is my first post on here even though I have been lurking about for a few days, I finally created an account so I could post these prayer requests. First for my younger sister who yesterday, during martial arts class, dislocated her kneecap and had to be taken to the ER in an ambulance. It was a very tense time for me since it was the first ER visit in my family and my parents were both about an hour away from where this happened so I had to handle it myself. She's resting at home now with a brace on her leg for the next couple of weeks. My next prayer request is for my friend who just got back from college and called me this morning and told me she had been raped the night before and needed a ride to the ER to get a rape kit. The hospital I took her to didn't have the personal to deal with rape kits, so her mother took her 45 minutes away to another hospital, but she backed out last minute and didn't go in for the test. We don't know the name of the man who did it, or where he is from and she had showered, so I'm afraid the physical evidence is probably gone now. She's basically backed out from reporting it at all, and I'm afraid she will just try to pretend it never happened. It's been a crazy week for me and all prayers would be gladly accepted.
