Compared to an Iran on the verge of going nuclear, ISIS is not much of a concern for the countries of the ME.
Moreover, outside of the humanitarian concerns that motivates Western sentiment to act, ISIS does not really pose much of a strategic threat to any of these countries. Psychopaths and religiously insane zealots may well be able to use brutality effectively to take over territory, but when it comes to governing those territories, ISIS is pretty pathetic.
Christians in the West may pay lip service to the Christian genocides carried out by ISIS, but Obama's pinprick strikes gives the appearance of doing something, without really actually doing anything, and people have signed on to that.
Neo-liberal/neo-con policies no longer carry any real weight in Republican circles either, so a change in administration will not lead to any more of the humanitarian concerns of building civil societies in the region, where Christians will actually live in peace and harmony.
Western Christians simply do not want to die for the Christians under ISIS control, and if that is the case for Christians, rest assured that the regions Muslims are even less motivated to die for the Christians being slaughtered by ISIS.
Pluralism is a Western liberal value, and not a Muslim value. Ethnic cleansing of the minorities of the region is not something that is considered evil by the Gulf states, or anyone else in the region.
