How Much to Pay to a Pastor for Performing a Wedding?

My son gets married on Saturday. The pastor has to travel 50 miles - one way - twice, once for rehearsal and once for wedding.

Anyone have any idea as to what's customary?

You could probably call his secretary and ask what is customary. Or ask a similar pastor. I think we paid ours $100 and invited to all the festivities (rehearsal dinner, reception, etc.) That was 17 years ago.

Thanks for the input. I think I will go high given his time, fuel, and since I'd rather err on the side of generosity than stewardship. Thanks, again.

That would be high for most parts of the country, but several hundred wouldn't be stingy if he has this much travel and will be there for rehearsal, ceremony, and reception.
