I liked the event but.....I felt like I was hearing bits of small talk everywhere I went, so it was hard to focus on what different people were saying. I feel that everyone knew everyone else for a little while at least, so we were "newbies". This was a church potluck. Has anyone else felt like they were sort of on the "outside" looking in? My husband and I are not real talkative....I do have a bit of anxiety, esp when everything is perfect at this house.
