Aside from media hysteria, ISIS is a. Not a threat to anyone outside a small part of the middle east, b. Probably not actually defeatable by conventional military forces. If you think of the US military as a sledgehammer, ISIS is most like a swarm of rapid breeding mosquitoes.No country on Earth? ISIL, Russia, North Korea... there are a number of potential threats. The only one that I think warrants military action, though, is ISIL. After that, maybe a couple decades of peacetime? Maybe?
