The Bible doesn't say that those that accept the mark of the beast won't be allowed to buy or sell... only those that reject the mark.
So exactly what is the mark of the beast? I thought it was worshiping on Sundays, the soon to come not buying and selling laws being the pivotal issue. Am I wrong?

Cutting off ones financial ability will be among the progressive steps taken against God's commandment keeping people... shortly before the death decree is given.

This is Satans last chance to eradicate God's people... it will swift and more brutal than the dark ages ever dreamed of being.

So the mark of the beast isn't a universal Sunday law prohibiting selling and buying, but an actual mark of some kind that only people who worship on Sunday get, (that would exclude Adventists), that allows them the right of commerce?

It's very reasonable to assume that there will be restrictions when it comes to buying and selling on Sunday, but the mark of the beast is about more than this. It's basically about enforcing worship and using the dual threats of economic boycott and the death penalty to force people to participate in a worship that is based on false biblical premises.

“The second beast was empowered to give life to the image of the first beast so that it could speak, and could cause all those who did not worship the image of the beast to be killed.

He also caused everyone (small and great, rich and poor, free and slave) to obtain a mark on their right hand or on their forehead. Thus no one was allowed to buy or sell things unless he bore the mark of the beast - that is, his name or his number.”
- Revelation 13:15-17

This passage harmonizes poorly with the popular idea of the Antichrist as a militant atheist, the author of Revelation is using religious imagery when describing this final conflict, he describes an event that has striking parallels to the story of the huge golden idol in Daniel chapter 3.

I don't necessarily think the mark of the beast is a physical mark. Remember that the mark of the beast is contrasted with the name of God which is placed on the foreheads of the true believers. (See Revelation 14:1.) The mark of the beast (and the Seal of God) is therefore first and foremost a spiritual reality.

Adventists have said that we think that that enforced Sunday worship is the mark, but this does obviously NOT mean that we think that people who today go to their churches on the Sunday somehow are guilty of taking the mark. Nobody is forcing you to go to Church on Sunday, so the mark of the beast is a future reality. And it's also important to remember what I pointed out earlier in this thread: even adventists don't fully understand all the details of this matter at the present time.

If you went to the business community and said you are forced to close one day of the week, with few exceptions, they would choose Sunday. It's the day more than any other that most business close already. In most areas the Sundays laws are already on the books they are just not enforced.

It's my understanding is part of the strategy of the proponents for the NSL is to leverage the unity of the family. The kids are home, mommy and daddy should be at home with the kids too. Shouldn't we have one day set aside for the family where we can all get together? It's a great strategy and many people can get behind that. Who doesn't want an enforced day off? For what occasion is the Pope's visit to the USA?

Pope Francis on Monday officially announced that he will visit the U.S. in September 2015, including a visit to the World Meeting of Families in Philadelphia. SRC: http://www.catholicnewsagency.com/news/its-official-pope-francis-announces-2015-visit-to-us-32195/

Here is an interesting article published on the website of "The Lord's Day Alliance US"... It's written by a Greek Orthodox who argues that keeping the Sunday is the key to Christian unity:

"By definition, each and every Sunday is a call to Christian unity since it is on this day that we are called to communion with the Lord, by the Lord."
