Elihoenai, Pinacled;
Are you both trying to take this discussion in another direction? If so, then start a new thread. -OR- re-read the OP and give us your opinion as to where the events of Acts 2 took place - in the upper room that housed the Last supper, the Temple, or some other location - and please give us your reasons for believing so.

Thank you... rabbit trails are not fun.

You might want to consider these in the context of this thread.

Genesis 33:1 Young's Literal Translation (YLT)

33 And Jacob lifteth up his eyes, and looketh, and lo, Esau is coming, and with him four hundred men; and he divideth the children unto Leah, and unto Rachel, and unto the two maid-servants;

Genesis 33:13 Young's Literal Translation (YLT)

13 And he saith unto him, `My lord knoweth that the children [are] tender, and the suckling flock and the herd [are] with me; when they have beaten them one day, then hath all the flock died.

John 12:32 Young's Literal Translation (YLT)

32 and I, if I may be lifted up from the earth, will draw all men unto myself.'

Perhaps you can explain what you see in those passages?
Possibly cardinal directions. North, South etc.
In Acts it is mentioned a Sabbaths day Journey.?
Thank you... rabbit trails are not fun.
Rabbit trails are not my intention.
According to the cardinal directions of the tribes prophecy was and is fulfilled.
In Isaiah It seems to me some directions can be discerned. Geographically speaking the Lamb will Lie down with the Wolf. This is a westerly direction. Ephraim west Judah East.
We can possibly trace the steps according to prophetic scripture.
Starting from the Mount of Olives.

Side Note. ...The Greek word oikos (οικος), which most English Bibles translate as “house” in Acts 2:2, is ambiguous and can refer to any building or structure. Rabbinic literature refers to the Temple as “The House (HaBayit, הבית).”

..or family!

Nice topic.

More thoughts on the wrong thread.
According to Acts 2:41, about 3,000 people responded to Peter’s call “to repent and be baptized.” The ritual immersion pools (miqva’ot) located around the southern and southwestern portions of the Temple Mount offer the only place in Jerusalem able to accommodate the ritual immersion of so many.

When the temple stood, the Jewish people identified it as the dwelling place of God’s presence, His Holy Spirit. It makes perfect sense that the manifestation of the Holy Spirit on the Day of Pentecost would occur in relationship with the temple in Jerusalem.

According to Jewish tradition, God gave Moses the Torah on the festival of Pentecost which is probably why Luke identified so many similarities with Sinai like fire, wind, and language. All the events of Acts 2 occurred in a public setting and the only natural location for these events to take place was the temple in Jerusalem — the House of the Lord.

It might be that meditation in the spirit is needed.

John 4:23-24 Young's Literal Translation (YLT)

23 but, there cometh an hour, and it now is, when the true worshippers will worship the Father in spirit and truth, for the Father also doth seek such to worship him;

24 God [is] a Spirit, and those worshipping Him, in spirit and truth it doth behove to worship.'

Why do you keep replying to me in that presumptive attitude? I was asking someone else what they saw.

Let us rejoice if Jehovah/Yahweh sees and hears.

Matthew 13:17 King James Version (KJV)

17 For verily I say unto you, That many prophets and righteous men have desired to see those things which ye see, and have not seen them; and to hear those things which ye hear, and have not heard them.

That is true that God is worshiped in spirit and truth. But that doesn't change the prophecies and their literal fulfillment. Just as the spring feasts were literally fulfilled, so also will the fall feasts be fulfilled.

Since you don't want to answer my other question.....I see you have 'other church' which means you are not MJ or any other named denomination, are you a Jehovah's witness, I notice you keep calling G-d by that misnomer.

The feasts can only be fulfilled through the Power of the Son that comes from the Father.

Matthew 5:17-18 King James Version (KJV)

17 Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil.

18 For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.

Matthew 3:13-15 King James Version (KJV)

13 Then cometh Jesus from Galilee to Jordan unto John, to be baptized of him.

14 But John forbad him, saying, I have need to be baptized of thee, and comest thou to me?

15 And Jesus answering said unto him, Suffer it to be so now: for thus it becometh us to fulfil all righteousness. Then he suffered him.

John 5:19 Young's Literal Translation (YLT)

19 Jesus therefore responded and said to them, `Verily, verily, I say to you, The Son is not able to do anything of himself, if he may not see the Father doing anything; for whatever things He may do, these also the Son in like manner doth;

1. Passover (Pesach) - Nisan 14-15
2. Unleavened Bread (Chag Hamotzi) - Nisan 15-22
3. First Fruits (Yom habikkurim) - Nisan 16-17
4. Pentecost (Shavu'ot) - Sivan 6-7
5. Trumpets (Yom Teru'ah) - Tishri 1
6. Atonement (Yom Kippur) - Tishri 10
7. Tabernacles (Sukkot) - Tishri 15-22

Exodus 12:23 Young's Literal Translation (YLT)

23 `And Jehovah hath passed on to smite the Egyptians, and hath seen the blood on the lintel, and on the two side-posts, and Jehovah hath passed over the opening, and doth not permit the destruction to come into your houses to smite.

Since we have the example of the spring feasts being fulfilled by Yeshua with His first coming. The second coming may also follow in its order... 3 1/2 year ministry [two witnesses of Revelation] then literal fulfillment of Fall feasts in rapid order according to its time frame and prophetic purpose.

4For if indeed He were on earth, He would not be a priest, since there are priests who offer the gifts according to the Torah,

5who serve a copy and shadow of the heavenly, as Mosheh was warned when he was about to make the Tent. For He said, “See that you make all according to the pattern shown you on the mountain.”

6But now He has obtained a more excellent service, inasmuch as He is also Mediatorof a better covenant, which was constituted on better promises.

The Father made the feasts with the Son and that means all the feasts were, are and shall be fulfilled/established by the Son and in the Son.

John 1:1-3 King James Version (KJV)

1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

2 The same was in the beginning with God.

3 All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.

Revelation 1:8 King James Version (KJV)

8 I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty.

We had Pentecost today in my parish church! We heard the holy scriptures and sang psalms and we prayed and God was with us and gave the Holy Spirit to us. And we heard how our godly prayer and our life ought to align and when they do then the blessing of God will be given and the Spirit will work his works in and through us. That's where we gathered ... and where the Spirit entered with a sound like a mighty rushing wind and tongues of fire appeared ... well, so it was 1982 years ago and the same Spirit was with us.

Exactly...Son fulfilled the spring feasts with His first coming, and He will fulfill the fall feasts according to their appointed times and symbolic layout.
