Newbie

Greetings everyone. My name is Michael Shanlian. I am pastoral counselor, professor, leadership consultant, motivational speaker and jewelry appraiser. I live in Aiken SC and was recently remarried in 2014 after my wife of 40 years passed away from a thirty year struggle with Multiple Sclerosis.

I love lively dialogue on a host of issues including apologetics, ethics, behaviors, church life, politics and theology. I hold a B.R.E. from Midwestern Baptist College, an M.A. from Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary in pastoral counseling and a Ph.D. in organizational leadership from Tennessee Temple University. <Staff Edit> Looking forward to participating in this forum!

My wife Susie and I attended Homecoming last October. The campus was bustling with activity and building projects. For me it is one of the must sees on anyone's bucket list!
