Florida investigation reveals 180,000 non-citizens may be registered to vote | RedState

According to the Heritage Foundation’s Hans Von Spakovsky, Florida’s investigation is only looking at legal immigrants, not illegal aliens, who may have registered to vote even though they are not citizens. Von Spakovsky, a former member of the Federal Elections Commission, says that Florida is doing the right thing with this investigation, but is only scratching the surface. Florida can’t check for illegal aliens who registered to vote because the Federal government is not giving Florida access to Immigration and Naturalization Service records which would help identify illegals who have registered to vote.

Coincidentally - Obama won in 2008 by 200,000 votes?

And in 2012....

ST. PETERSBURG, Florida (AP) — President Obama was declared the winner of Florida's 29 electoral votes Saturday, ending a four-day count with a razor-thin margin that narrowly avoided an automatic recount that would have brought back memories of the 2000 election.

http://www.usatoday.com/story/news/politics/2012/11/10/florida-vote-count-obama-romney/1696343/

But yet - Federal Government wouldnt let the Fl check for illegal - non citizen voters...

Ain't that spa'cial?

Q: Why isn't Mitt Romney complaining about the election being stolen?

A: Because Mitt Romney is not a crazy conspiracy theorist and understands that there is more to these stories than what the alrmist partisan press cares to share. These articles are intended to keep the useful idiots frothing at the mouth, nothing more. The Romneys and Obamas of the world are happy to benefit from such trashy reposrting of half-truths and outright lies, but they're way too intelligent and honest to actually engage in such garbage themselves.

USA today reported the small margin in Fl for Obama - and yet 180,000 non citizens voted.
Why not let them review the names?

If this was a genuine win - why not let them see who is non citizen?
What does the Federal Government have to lose...? [i love a good play on words]

Why isn't the guy you voted for, making noise about this? I think Mitt Romney is mostly a good person. I doubt that he would be aware of a serious problem with the way votes are tallied and not want to alert America. There are only a few possibilities that I can think of:

1) Mitt is a dullard, and doesn't habe the inside scoop like Warrior Angel does.
2) Mitt knows that this sort of partisan sore-losermanship is baseless garbage and refuses to tarnish his name.
3) Mitt was in on the conspiracy to rig the show for Obama.

Either your guy is an idiot, your guy is a liar, or your conspiracy theory is bananas, b-a-n-a-n-a-s.

Got that right. But the antics of the crazy Right wing sure do keep this old lady amused. it is like watching the clowns in their clown cars at the Ringling Bros. Circus!

You all ignore the lies, cheating, fraud and coercion and uncounted votes - and non citizen votes to boot - and you say Obama won - fairly? Can you really say he won fairly?

It was a sham.

Thousands of ballots disappeared for republican voters.
Non citizens voted - but thats ok.

IF - and tho republicans are not the greatest - but if this was the case and republicans did all that - you bet there would be counting - and investigating.

Well, yeah, like, he [Nate Silver]was probably in on the conspiracy!

Of course. When the Right Wing see conspriacy, its always the Jews. Remember Captain Dreyfus? See the SSPX Bishop's statement? Yep, there is a pattern. InternationalZionistTrilateralCommissionMarxistFreemasonRockefellerBrothersRothschilds

Warrior, I noticed that that you didn't mention the fact that the military was shamefully disenfranchised in both the 2008 election and the 2012 election. Of course the government was supposed to fix that. Yeah, right.

The military was not disenfranchised, but many military people chose not to use their absentee ballots.

19 states passed 25 voter suppression laws in 2011--many of which were invalidated in the courts, much to their chagrin.

Election 2012: Voting Laws Roundup | Brennan Center for Justice

There are 29 Republican governors in the US--almost 60% of states.

That's where the real conspiracy lay--in the voter suppression laws.

Republicans have realized that the demographics of the country are working against them and their failed policies, and have decided that the only way they can win elections is by suppressing the new voters.

There is another way, Republicans. Move towards the center.

 The numbers just don't add up. Most Americans think we are on the "wrong track". Obama has such a low job approval rating. (No president since the Great Depression was elected with such a high unemployment rate.) The country is center-right and conservative (only 21% of the nation is liberal/Progressive), while Obama is admittedly not (and neither was his mom, grandparents, mentor, father, or step-father). The high-unemployment rate. (Since the Great Depression no president has been re-elected with unemployment that high.) The gas prices are double what it was when Obama came to office and no president with such high gas prices ever was re-elected. Then most of America wants Obamacare repealed.

It boggles the mind. Most Americans want our economy to impove--it's stagnating around 1-2% GDP with a debt of over 16 Trillion and three credit downgrades (with three more to come because we failed to cut spending as was requested) a 40% loss of wealth of the country and a recent downgrading of our world position, oh, and a 140% increase of food stamps. Most Americans want jobs--if people hadn't simply given up looking for jobs (or the jobs no longer existing) we would have a unemployment rate of somewhere around 17% (and not the official 8%). Some groups do have astronomical rates--the blacks and the youth are particularly affected. Black culture is rather conservative with black pastors insisting that abortion and redefining marriage actually hurts blacks and destroys families. Christian and Catholics are "up-in-arms" over the attacks on Freedom of Religion. There are over 40 lawsuits. Most of America want Obamacare repealed. (Even some Dem Congressmen are seeing how costly this is going to be in the way of jobs and more. Plus it seems like a good number of states are not going to be setting up the "exchanges" and a few have even nullified and passed laws prohibiting it.) Then Obama has specifically violated the Constitution that he vowed to protect. (Failed to protect our borders, Sued own states that he was to protect for trying to protect themselves, Took foreign job and title--that U.N. one that caused a conflict of interests; Fanned flames of hatred-blacks against whites, women against men, "gays" vs "straights", military against civilians, religion agains secular culture, unions against "right-to-work", successful against poor, actual energy verses the energy that is only experimental now; caught on a "hot mic" promising another country favorable things "if they will be patient until after he won election --how did he know that he would win  and why couldn't he tell us about it ; and there's more like giving special favors to union buddies, or seeking revenge on those who don't agree with him, or not having a annual budget, or monitizing the debt--which affects purchasing power and leads to inflation. He's even said that he doesn't like our Constitution--that he likes a list of what the government has to do for you and not what it can't do to you.)

The numbers just don't add up. Can't put my finger on it. The 40% of folks who failed to vote or voted for someone who couldn't possible be elected gave the election to Obama  The "tipping point of those who are successful paying for those who aren't" was finally reached  The traditional political ploy of giving people things if they will vote for him  Disenfranchising certain blocks of folks  Those irregularities in the voting in certain states  The counting of the votes  Maybe it was all of it.
