Personally I think just having him in the White House turns enough people's stomachs that sex in general has decreased, and abortions.

:D I know. Just recently I noted a pie-chart graph that showed that most people (90%) think Obama will go down in history as "worst president in U.S. history". And of course, heard another poll that noted that 69% of the people want Obamacare repealed before it does permanent damage.

Couldn't figure out how he got re-elected under those circumstances. It just didn't seem to add up, until I heard that about 40% of the people either didn't vote or voted for someone sure not to win election. That meant that he had a majority of folks who were bribed (it's a common political practice--so hope no one gets their "panties in a wad") and were purposely kept "in the dark" about his failed policies. So it looks like we've just got to cling to God and make the best of things and hope that we survive.

But about the abortion thing, got this from Senator Rand Paul, a medical doctor who is sponsoring the "Life Begins at Conception" bill. Looks like public opinion is turning and soon the fetus will be recognized as the person it is.

Source for both of these please. I would like to see the question asked, who was asked, and how they compiled the data. 90% of people say that but over 50% of voters voted for him? That doesn't compute.

Like I said it didn't add up until I realized that you needed to add to Romney (who received about 49% of the vote) the 40% of voters who either staid home or voted for someone who couldn't possibly win election. That left the voters for Obama who were bribed--and like that one newspaper said, it was them who elected Obama.

Also remember "buyers remorse"--how Obama lied about BenGhazi to get elected (only now the truth is coming out and the people aren't happy), Obama purposely kept the companies that were supposed to warn their employees about the layoffs from sequestration from doing so until *after* the election; it seems many folks do not really know what the "fiscal cliff" is and how it will effect them--higher fees and taxes, 315,000 millionaires are planning to leave the country and they would only pay for 8 days of government spending as it was, so now Obama doesn't want to tax the 1%--it's 2%; too many didn't realize that Obamacare will cost jobs (kept a secret until after the election when there were a flurry of reports) and all the taxes the middle class will have to pay for it. Now that the election is over the people are beginning to realize what deep doo-doo they are in. (You missed the angry victims of Hurricane Sandy during the townhall meltdown when they learned that Obama will be vacationing in Hawaii for 20 days and 4 million taxpayer dollars while some of them still have no electricity or heat and others are without homes period? You know there was a reason the stock market went down-down-down after the election and has only recovered due to the QE3 printing of worthless money. Know that hyperinflation is forcast for 2014?) Yep, "buyers remorse".

So, every Romney voter and everybody who stayed home or voted for a Third-Party thinks Obama is the worst president ever?

(here's a hint: You care more about Bengazi than about 90% of the population)

That's odd--Watergate brought down a president and it wasn't about the president being responsible for murdering four Americans (and then trying to cover-it-up so his campaign would be able to retain that silly slogan "Osama is dead!"--the campaign didn't want people to know that Alqueda is very much alive and the Muslim people are "all Osamas now".

BenGhazi-gate means that the U.S. is not safe. (And yes, Obama *did* build that. :p)

Whatever you say. I think 90% is a frankly idiotic number and someone pulled that out of where the Sun doesn't shine to write it. Or they interviewed people at the Republican National Convention or something similar.

I suspect that a large % of people will say whoever is the current president is the worst one ever. People have short memories these days.

Yah, i heard.
Heck the photo op he had promising help to the misfortunates - were really upset - they still got nothing and have nothing.

I saw pics of the vacation home. "Ain't that Spa-shal?'

[insert Church Lady]

:holy:

Well, what can be said...? Nobody listens anyway - either way.

Yeah. That lady that Obama used to get elected (had a photo-shoot of him hugging her and promising that "everything will be okay--that he'll personally see to it" is really angry. Of course that photo helped Obama get elected. He ought to be ashamed!

Oh, that's right. People that have his list of symptoms never feel guilty for anything they do no matter how rotten their behavior is. I actually knew someone like that. Lucky that I got away from him in time. Of course, it's probably why I can see the warning signs so very clearly.

Of course, haven't you noticed that the media trumpeted Katrina (and how it was all Bush's fault) for years and years, but is strangely silent when it comes to the victims of Hurricane Sandy and the weird fact that Obama doesn't care after the photo-ops he had to win the election? Hmm--and the media isn't doing their jobs (acting like a "watchdog" over the government.) Maybe someone ought to look into suing them for malpractice. Maybe even the "threat" of such a lawsuit would "jumpstart" them into doing their jobs.

I find it interesting that Catholics could be so anti-Democrat and pro-Republican. Don't you remember that when your Irish or Italian or French ancestors first came to this country, it was the Democratic Party alone that defended your rights as an immigrant? Don't you remember that John Kennedy, our nation's only Catholic president, was a Democrat? Don't you think perhaps that Kennedy's values as a Catholic had something to do with why he was a Democrat? Don't you remember that the perhaps the 20th century's most important senator, Ted Kennedy, was a Catholic Democrat for the same reasons?

I actually find it silly that Catholics fall so in lockstep for either party.

Don't you remember that when your Irish or Italian or French ancestors first came to this country, it was the Democratic Party alone that defended your rights as an immigrant?

Um, you may really want to enlighten yourself with what Democrats were doing in the 19th century, and what party Lincoln was affiliated with. Once you do that, look at Jim Crow laws, the segregated South, the Warren Court, Eisenhower and desegregation.

Don't forget, it wasn't unheard of seeing these same immigrants being lynched...in the North!

Don't you remember that John Kennedy, our nation's only Catholic president, was a Democrat?

The man who was guilty of numerous infidelities, the botched Bay of Pigs - which spurred the Cuban Missile Crisis - sending more troops to Vietnam and giving the "OK" to use Agent Orange...

...What about him?

Don't you think perhaps that Kennedy's values as a Catholic had something to do with why he was a Democrat?

If Catholicism shaped him to do the things he did, no wonder Catholicism is dwindling.

Don't you remember that the perhaps the 20th century's most important senator, Ted Kennedy, was a Catholic Democrat for the same reasons?

No.
