Should we take our shoes off when we enter a church?

I am just wondering do you think as Christians when we enter church or enter into God's presence should we remove our shoes?
What is the significance of removing shoes anyway? i.e. Moses removing shoes when God spoke to him at the burning bush..

Because I had a dream where I removed shoes and it was quite odd.

Actually I don`t know anything about this either but there is a guy from our church that is always with his shoes off and lots of times he has bare feet.I am going to ask him about this on sunday.

i always take my shoes off at church but it is because i love to dance, and it's not easy with cute shoes on. so, i remove them.
nobody has a problem with it, and they know me by now anyway.
