The Elven Forests

(Golden Forest) This forest received its name from the trees bearing yellow, or golden, leaves. The forest is a very bright and cheery one and is the home of the most friendly and social elves, generally called Failamar.

(Everlasting Leaf) Named so again because of the trees there. A forest mainly made evergreens, Oialassë is a beautiful region. The elves there prefer to stay out of sight. Because of this, they are called Nurtanemar (hidden ones).

(Shining Dew) The elves that dwell in the forest of Rossesila tend to remain secluded from other races, but occasionally welcome others into their dwelling. The forest received it's name because of the great amount of rain and dew it receives.

(White Beach) Named so for it's brilliant white sand, Hrestanin is the home of many sea elves. Their ships are mainly made of white wood, and are majestic and beautiful to behold, The elves are called Ciryatan (Shipbuilders).

(Covered Shore) This particular beach received its name not because of the sand, nor the water, but from the trees that provide shade and cover for much of the beach. The trees are named Palanadan, and the elves that dwell there are named Tupamar.
