When God says He will give a new heart to the House of Israel (regeneration) He is basically saying that He will give them a new will.
The Hebrew word for heart is "לֵ֣ב" or "lev" which means, "inner man, mind, will, heart" (biblelexicon.org).
This is the regenerating work of the Holy Spirit. He gives you a new will.
Then His Spirit will dwell within us.
So where is libertarian freewill in this?
