I'm a newby I'm a wife, mom, and a Zumba instructor, I love the idea of using fitness (Zumba) to connect with other Christians in my area, if anybody has suggestions or coments please share! people of all ages can improve their general well-being by becoming active and Zumba is a great option, is not a painful or boring exersice routine that you dread doing, Zumba is a fun easy to fallow latin based dance fitness program, I've experience the benefits to the point I decided to become an Instructor.God Bless
